CTo Compare Various Appearance-Based Approaches In The Terms Of The Recognition Rate, For A Walking Gait Of A Human, Is Proposed In This Paper. The First Step Comprises Of Obtaining Binary Silhouettes From A Video Sequence Of A Human Using Various Morphological Image Processing Techniques And A Relevant Gait Energy Image (GEI) Is Captured. Utilizing The Fact That The Frequency-Domain Information Of Gait Is Unique To Each Human, Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) Is Used For Feature Extraction. Further, Features Obtained From DCT Are Mapped Onto Vector Space By Applying Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) And Principal Component Analysis (PCA) Independently For Feature Reduction. To Identify A Human Corresponding To His/Her Gait, Euclidean Distance Is Measured In Each Case. Results Obtained After Applying LDA And PCA Are Compared. Alternatively, Another Approach Consists Of An Object (Human) Detection From........

In this paper we tried to compute the optical properties of a single nanowire using the Mie- Formalisim methodology on the nanohub open source tool availability. The current version of the tool is limited to only up to two shells and has pre-chosen materials options. Here the total optical properties such as total scattering, absorption and extinction efficiency are computed. Absorption efficiency of individual layers can also be calculated and studied using the same method. The integrated photon flux absorbed and the ideal photocurrent density under AM 1.5 G illumination as a function of layer thickness is used. Different electric and magnetic polarizability under the TE polarization of the E field perpendicular to nanowire axis is computed to study the various optical properties of a single nanowire with two shell layer. The simulations are based on rigorous solutions to the Maxwell's equations using Mie-formalism. Overall absorption as well as properties within each layer can be calculated for given thicknesses of each layer for the CMS (Core multi shell) NW (Nanowires) structures.

Automated Neural Image Caption Generator Can Generate The Content Of An Image Using Well- Formed Meaningful English Sentences. Image Is Continuously Captured Real-Time Using User's Camera/Mobile Phone. Our Models Use A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) To Extract Features From An Image. These Features Are Given To A Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) Or A Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) Network To Generate A Valid Image Description In English. To Extract Features From The Image, We Use A CNN. Cnns Have Been Used And Studied For Variety Of Image Tasks, And Are Currently State-Of-The- Art Methods For Object Recognition And Detection. Concretely, For All Input Images, We Extract Features From The Fc7 Layer Of The VGG-16 Network Pre-Trained On Imagenet, Which Is Well Tuned For Object Detection. After Obtaining A 4096-Dimensional Image Feature Vector, We Reduce It Using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) To A 512-Dimensional Image Feature Vector Because Of Computational Constraints In LSTM. We Feed These Features Into LSTM Network To Generate A Description Of The Image In Valid English, Which Could Then Converted To Audio Using Text-To-Speech Technology.

Attendance system is a system that is used to track the attendance of a particular person and is applied in the industries, schools, universities or working places. The traditional way for taking attendance has a drawback, which is the data of the attendance list cannot be reused and tracking and tracing student's attendance is harder. The technology-based attendance system such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Near Field Communication (NFC) technology based attendance system reduce human involvement and errors. Thus in this paper, we are emphasizing on developing this project that will help the lecturers to take attendance easily, securely and less prone to error and proxies. For this, we are implementing software based on Android Technology. A comparative study of both the RFID and NFC is also discussed thoroughly, especially in terms of their architectures, functionalities.......

This paper give detail study of the relationship between Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Autonomic Network Management (ANM) under the prism of Long Term Evolution (LTE) Self-Organizing Networks (SONs). A complete revolution of mobile networks for accommodating over-growing demands of users, services and application. LTE Technologies also adopted much complex management requirements based on the softwarization of network resources. This will require a real time management based system on a hierarchy of complex decision making techniques that analyses historical, temporal and frequency network data. In this paper we discuss to solve the problem of wasting of network resources, SDN is considered as one of the best approaches. SDN traffic engineering gives the immense solution to enhance the network performance at both traffic and resource levels. Being the centralized authority SDN is able to give better results in network load balancing and improve delay.....

In The Present Aeon, Noise And Air Contamination Is The Amplifying Perilous Issue. It Is Essential To Surveil Air Quality And Retain It Under Sway For A Healthy Lifestyle And Desirable Future For All. Here We Present A Sound Contamination As Well As An Air Quality Tracking System That Allows Us To Surveil And Check Live Air Quality As Well As Sound Adulteration In Specific Areas Through Iot. The System Uses Air Sensors To Perceive The Existence Of Hazardous Gases/Compounds In The Air And Constantly Impart This Data To The Cloud. Also, The System Keeps Measuring Sound Level And Reports It To The Online Server Over Iot. The Sensors Gets Involved With A Micro-Controller Which Processes This Data And Transmits It Over The Internet. This Allows Prerogative To Track Air Pollution In Different Places And Takes Action Against It. Also, Prerogative Can Keep A Watch On The Noise Pollution Near Schools, Hospitals And No Honking Areas, And If The System Perceive Air Quality And Noise Issues It Notify Prerogative So They Can Take Measures To Control The Issue....

Election is a very popular word. As per definition, the term "election" means a formal and organized choice by vote of a person for a political office or other position. But the process and properties may vary for different sectors. There are different types of elections like General Election (Lok Sabha), Rajya Sabha Election (Upper House), State Assembly Elections or Local Body Elections. As election is very famous, same way election prediction is again not a new keyword. It has same long life as election. But it is quite a challenging task to predict accurate result. The use of opinion mining and deep learning in social science to evaluate the prediction is the core part of this paper.

Cloud Networking Is Extensively Used And Cloud Service Providers (Csps) Deploy Various Security Devices. In Our Work We Consider Only The Placement Of Security Devices Between Servers Is Defined Using Four Partition Patterns - Firewall, Ipsec, IDS And NAT – To Meet The Security Needs In A Cost Effective Manner. This Paper, Presents An Automated Framework For Analyzing Data Centre Security Configurations. We Have Considered A Dummy Data Centre Topology, Requirements By CSP (Basically Connectivity And Isolation), Business Constraints As Inputs (Basically Usability And Cost Optimization) And Then Analyzes The Optimal Data Centre Security. Henceforth, Determining The Emplacement Of Different Security Devices In The Data Centre..
