India is heading towards good governance and globalization at a significantly fast pace. India has been doing things manually for ages, right from managing data, applications and other government operations. The time when digitization took over the world India also welcomed it with open arms. The idea of digitization would certainly solve much of the problems that the country is facing. It is the launch of "Digital India Campaign" by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in July of 2015, truly transformed the country while eliminating a lot of human and management problems. Most of the government departments now have transformed to digital platforms and most importantly mobile platforms............

Green and clean environment across the globe is very essential for the health of the nature. Unfortunately, different pollutions are affecting the quality of the environment around us. Monitoring is the first step to safety. To avoid pollution situation we need to develop an automatic toxic gas detection and alerting system using android application. Therefore, we proposed a model by using a natural plant pot, which can detect pollution, waters plant time to time. In pollution, avoiding situations high oxygen release plants plays important role. This project is mainly dealing with "Air pollution", which is a very sensitive issue in developing and developed countries and is directly affecting the human health and disturbs the biological balance of mother earth..............

Heart Rate Variability analysis has been gaining attention from researches due to its wide range of applications. As we know there are many ways to sense heart beat but there are very few techniques by which we can sense heart beat without any physical contact. The subtle changes in static scene which are invisible to the naked eye can be detected using signal and image processing. This technique involves color change detection and evaluation of heart rate using frequency change. This technique also monitors the abnormal movements which cannot be seen by naked eyes.

In this rapidly developing world where everything is stepping forward, technology is no behind. Technology has done such kind of transformations that seemed to be impossible to even imaginethem few years ago. No doubt it has been serving millions of people with its advantages and features. But the side effects of the same cannot be neglected. Today the world is so much involved into technology especially smartphones that they are not only affecting them physically but also mentally. So it's a high time people especially young adults cut off and limit its use. The idea of this paper exactly serves the same. We implement this system using an Android app where user need to set a time limit for any particular user downloaded app which will get blocked if the time limit is exceeded by the user. This will help those who are addicted to smartphones.

Safety is generally the most significant property for automotive systems, and it is further improved by Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in modern automotive systems. To support ADAS and other advanced autonomous functions, automotive electronic systems become more distributed and connected than ever, no matter from the perspective of in-vehicle architecture or Vehicle-to-X (V2X) communication. The Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol has been the main focus of automotive security studies, and it has no direct support for security projection. Hoppe et al. demonstrated that the operations of electric window lifts, warning lights, and airbag control systems may be affected through the CAN protocol. A collision avoidance system is an arrangement of sensors, microcontrollers and buzzers that is placed within a car to alert its driver of any dangers that may lie ahead on the road.

Roads are considered to be the main mode of transportation. But due to this heavy use of roads and environmental factors, these roads need a scheduled maintenance. Often this maintenance is not performed since it is not possible to monitor each and every place or simply because of ignorance. This leads to the formation of potholes which causes unwanted traffics and the majority of accidents. This paper discusses about the detection of potholes using camera installed on light poles of roads. Image processing techniques have been used which informs the BMC officials in a timely manner using email system, thus keeping manual labor to the minimum. For testing its performance, the proposed system has been implemented under a Windows environment using OpenCV library. Simple image processing techniques like canny edge and contour detection with hough transform is used for effective pothole detection.

The Public distribution system also called as the ration distribution system is meant to distribute the commodities to the poor people manually. The present PDS system involves a lot of malpractices and also it consumes lots of time. To overcome these problems we can use the Aadhaar card based PDS system. The Aadhaar card is used instead of the ration card, which consist of all the details of the card holder. The proposed system replaces the manual work in the ration shop. The main objective of the designed system is the automation of the ration shop to provide transparency. The customer needs to enter their aadhaar card number and then the system checks the number and validates the information. Validation is done by the system from the online aadhaar database using the Internet..................

To make the process of fetching of the data from the data base faster the system is proposed in this paper. It takes the data regarding various products into consideration so as to demonstrate the processing of the recommendations to the user based on the transactions of the previous users. The system forms the various schemas to fetch the data at much faster rate. While the previously Organizations used the single database to retrieve and fetch the data, making the process slower. Thus this paper put forth the system of the fetching the data at the faster rate and so as to recommend the products to the users using rule based and apriori algorithm..

All human beings use different types of technologies in many fields. Nowadays, the energy provider company's employs visit each house and record the meter reading manually. This produces errors due to human intervention, hence proposed system reduces manual work, time and makes this system accurate and user friendly. Common errors like extra bill amount or notification from electric board even though the bills are paid will be overcome. Design and implementation of project is mainly based on PIC microcontroller using IOT. In this system, the live meter reading can be displayed on the VB application to the service provider and for consumer android app is designed through which bill is calculated and a message is sent to user. Any person can pay their bills through the android app using two options , either they can do recharge of specific amount like prepaid system or they can pay the bill using account. A specific amount equal to the bill is deducted from users account. This system also can be used to complaint when needed.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is a complex process having multiple steps. The motive of this paper is to explain how the method of dimensionality reduction is used to perform EDA. This paper outlines techniques used for EDA as well as approaches adopted to achieve dimensionality reduction. Particularly, two approaches are explained with the help visual representation of the data, namely Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and t- Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE). We explain how high-dimensional data set can be visualized into the lower dimensions, retaining the implicit structure of the data. The visualizations produced by the two methods are compared to discuss the pros and cons of each method pertaining to our system.
