In this paper, we propose a Simple Wireless transmission System using common approach Sensor Platform called The wireless based Patient Sensor platform (WSP, Sensor Node) which has remote access capability. The goals of the WSP are to establish: Standard sensor node (System on module), a common software .The proposed platform architecture (Sensor Node) offers flexibility, easy customization for different vital parameter collecting and sending. An prototype has been established based on wireless communication channel. Wireless lan (IEEE .802.15.4)) has been used as communication channel on our prototype (Sensor node). Desire sensor information (vital parameter) can be viewed remotely, and also vital parameter can be adjusted to meet demand.

In this research, Iris recognition is a proven, accurate means to identify people. In this paper, it includes the preprocessing system, segmentation, feature extraction and recognition. an iris recognition system was suggested based on two Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models separately: cascade forward (CFBPNN) and linear vector quantization (LVQ). Comparison results showed that linear vector quantization (LVQ) was the best training algorithm for the iris recognition system. Linear vector quantization (LVQ) is faster than cascade forward (CFBPNN).

In the present study an attempt has been made to investigate the attitude of parents of hearing impaired children and parents of normal children towards their children. Parental attitude scale was developed by Schafer and Bell (1958) based on the original inventory designed by Shoben was administered on 120 parents out of which 30 fathers and 30 mothers has children with hearing impaired and 30 fathers and 30 mothers with normal children were in the age of 9-15 years. To find out the significance difference between two Means't' test was carried out

This paper proposes a advanced method of extended true-single-phase-clock (E-TSPC) based divideby-
2/3 counter design for providing low supply voltage and low power consumption. The counting logic and the
mode selection control can be desingned by the help of single transistor using wired OR method. The proposed
method mainly focus on for saving power consumption and it reduces the critical path between the E-TSPC flip
flops (FFs) for improving the operating frequency of the counter. E-TSPC will reduce the design time, Layout
area, in power-delay-product and increase the operation speed can be achieved by the proposed design and
expected 1.0 to 2.0% of power reduction. The E-TSPC Prescaler is implemented in low-power high-resolution
frequency dividers for wireless local area network applications.

When a sinusoidal voltage is converted into dc, the output voltage waveform inherently contains ripples. Ripple is an unwanted ac component in dc output. Smaller value of ripple factor is desirable. Ideal value of ripple factor is zero. Zero ripple factor means a perfectly dc quantity. Undesirable effects of the ripple include equipment heating, increased losses, and reduced equipment life among others. Ripple factor of a single-phase half-wave uncontrolled rectifier is 1.21. This value is unacceptably high. To overcome the problem, a single-phase full-wave uncontrolled rectifier is proposed with a ripple factor of 0.48. In this paper, the ripple factor for above mentioned rectifiers with a resistive load is presented mathematically and pictorially. The rectifiers are modeled and waveforms are obtained using a computer program called Alternative Transients program, ATP. At the end, results are presented and compared. Ripple factor was improved by a factor of 40% by using a 2-pulse rectifier instead of a 1-pulse rectifier. Theoretically, if the number of pulses is increased to infinity, the ripple factor will reduce to zero giving a perfect dc output. Subsequently, 6-pulse, 12-pulse, and 18-pulse rectifiers will be modeled and advanced studies will be carried out. This paper will help understand the one of the power quality components called ripple in dc output. The paper will be useful for college seniors, graduated students, and power electronics design engineers.

Image enhancement is carried out to improve some characteristic of an image to make it visually better one. This paper introduce a method for improving the dark region in digital images. It consist of two independent processes: luminance enhancement and contrast enhancement. The luminance enhancement, also regarded as a process of dynamic range compression, is essentially an intensity transformation based on a specifically designed nonlinear transfer function .The V channel is enhanced in two steps.First the V component image is divided into smaller overlapping blocks and for each pixel inside the block the luminance enhancement is carried out using nonlinear transfer function.then the contrast enhancement depending upon the central pixel value and its neighborhood pixel value. Finally enhanced V component image are converted back to RGB image. For measuring the visual quality of enhanced images reduced reference(RR) metrics are proposed. Experimental result showed that the proposed RR metrics work well for measuring the visual quality of spatially enhanced images.
