Employee engagement is the level of commitment and involvement an employee has towards their organization and its values. An engaged employee is aware of business context, and works with colleagues to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organization. It is a positive attitude held by the employees towards the organization and its values. The paper ocuses on how employee engagement is an antecedent of job involvement and what should company do to make the employees engaged. The paper also looks at the Gallup 12 point questionnaire, welve-question survey that identifies strong feelings of employee engagement and the steps hitch shows how to drive an engaged employee.

when data is transmitted through a channel(wired or wireless),some noises may affect the reliability of data. Because of this actual information get changed. This is reffered as error. Therefore error detection and correction techniques are required at the receiver. Orthogonal code is one of the coding technique which detect as well as correct the corrupted data. In this method each k-bit data set is converted into n-bit orthogonal code. An n-bit orthogonal code contains n/2 1‟s and n/2 0‟s,that means parity of this code is always zero. In this paper we present a new methodology to enhance the error correction capability of orthogonal code. This technique is implemented using VHDL and field programmable gate array(FPGA).

The aim of this paper is to estimate the mean monthly values of clearness index in five meteorological stations in Iraq (Mosul , Kirkuk , Rutba , Baghdad , Nasiriya) for the period (1970-2000) using different meteorological parameters .Multiple Regression Equation were used to estimate clearness index. The performance of these regression equations were evaluated by comparing the calculated clearnessindex and the measured clearness index. Several statistical tests were used to control the validation and goodness of the regression equations in terms of correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, Mean absolute error and root mean square error. The coefficient of determination (R2) of these multiple regression equations were very high in all stations and ranged between 0.973 to 1.00.

The paper focus on the concept of community participation on water scheme without being wholly controlled by the State Water Corporation, rather the communities are empowered to play more active roles in safeguarding and sustaining development programme, emphasising on purpose, decision making, training, operation and maintenance, participation model and benefits, with the aid of SPSS version 21 statistical package. Therefore, the communities are expected to influence and share control over development initiatives, decision and resources that affect them.

The switched reluctance motor (SRM) drives have been widely used in aircraft applications due to the motor advantages like high speed operation, simple construction, no windings on rotor. But high torque ripples and acoustic noise are main disadvantages. The current hysteresis chopping control is one of the important control methods for SRM drives. These disadvantages can be limited using the hysteresis or chopping current control. This control strategy makes the torque of SRM maintained within a set of hysteresis bands by applying suitable source voltage. This paper introduces two hysteresis control modes; hard chopping and soft chopping mode. The SRM drive system is modeled in Simulink model using MATLAB/SIMULINK software package.

As the competition grows in the market, the organizations are more concern about customers than products. To be in the competition, organizations always want to retain their profitable customers. To predict the customers‟ churn behavior, data mining techniques are used. Many algorithms have been proposed to predict churning customers. In this paper, enhanced boosted trees technique is used for customer churn prediction. This approach will improve the performance of existing boosted trees technique. The process of customer churn prediction is discussed in this paper. It will be used to identify churn customers and effective marketing strategies could be planned for this group of customers.

This paper presents a study of artificial neural networks for use in stock price prediction. The goal of the article is to research financial market efficiency and to recognize major reversal points of long-term trend of stock market index, which could indicate a forthcoming crisis or market raise periods. Software was developed by using MATLAB to simulate the performance and efficiency of the algorithm. A multilayer perception (M.L.P) neural network model is used to determine and explore the relationship between some variables as independent factors and the level of stock price index as a dependent element in the stock market under study over time. The results show that the neural network models can get better outcomes compared with parametric models like regression and others traditional statistical techniques. The hybridized approach was tested with published stock data and the results obtained showed remarkable improvement over the use of only technical analysis variables. Also, the prediction from hybridized approach was found satisfactorily adequate as a guide for traders and investors in making qualitative decisions.

This paper presents the survey of Pulse Width Modulators for inverters. Pulse Width Modulators are widely used as the basic block for controlling the on and off of the load that connecting with the inverter. Here presents two synchronous techniques that increase the resolution of Pulse Width Modulation. The synchronous techniques based on on-chip DCM (Digital Clock Manager) present in Spartan 3 FPGA series and the second technique based on IODELAYE1 block present in the Virtex 6 FPGA series. The two techniques fully avoid glitches and improve the reliability of the circuit. The circuit also uses the coarse resolution counter and one or two DCM or IODELAYE1 blocks. The PWM is set in the beginning of the counter and resets based on certain fraction of clock periods. The first architecture, presents the generalization of DCM based circuit and it allows operating the circuit at higher clock frequencies. The second is based on the I/O delay element (IODELAYE1) available in the Virtex-6 FPGAs, and it provides higher resolution with a straightforward implementation
