During the serviceability of structure concrete is subjected to different damages. The common approach for repair of Structural concrete are: Polymer Injunction, External prestressing, Geomembranes and Polymer wraps. The above technique is based on addition of a repair material to concrete from outside to inside of structural members. Now we are going to develop the self-repairing concrete by adding the materials from inside the concrete to repair.
Our technique to develop self-repairing concrete consists of embedding repairing materials in hollow ducts in the repairing zone before it is subjected to damage. Therefore when cracks occurs this repairs materials will get released from inside and it will enter the repairing zone. Where it will penetrate into cracks and rebound to mother material of Structure and it will repair the damage.

In the present day the use of Wi-Fi in mobile devices is increasing day by day. Everyone has Wi-Fi enabled device, and these Wi-Fi enable devices work as IP phones, how these devices communicate with each other over Wi-Fi LAN is discussed in this paper. It is the type of telecommunication which allows voice call and data transmission across the various interconnected devices. A device which is Wi-Fi enabled and have this app can communicate with each other through the 2.4GHz UHF radio waves. We are using radio waves for communication there is no costing to make a call and data transmission so it is free. Model is limited to the local WLAN network so it is secured from bypassing data through different server. This model is not using any bandwidth of internet so we are not dependent on internet accessibility to do our work.
For sending the packets of data it follow the IP ESP (Encapsulating Security Payload) for make our data confidential. Each mobile devices connects to a WLAN router can connect to each other by a local web service which is run on server here all the information of user is being kept here, User identify itself and other user which he wish to connect. This model is proposed for reduce the communication cost of large organization.

Growth of business world these days created higher market competition, because the existing industrial market become more global and have penetrated the inter-states boundary. In this global competitive scenario every company claimed to own the excellence and competitiveness so that, probability to win the competition is greater. Their ultimate goal is to satisfy the customer with the exact product, quantity, and quality in the shortest lead-time. It can only be achieve if the company is able to create and implement effective and efficient processes in each of its line of their business. For this, Lean tools are used to focus on the continuous improvement of a company towards reduction of various wastes like inventory, transportation, waiting, motion, cost factory space, correction etc. It is a systematic approach for eliminating waste in every area of business, including customer relations, product design, production design, production and supplier networks. The system includes a wide range of tools and technique that aims at reducing inventory and production lead- time and to enhance the value added time. In this paper, an attempt has made to reduce the production lead- time (Dummy axle of heavy vehicles) of an automobile industry through value stream mapping. The result shows reduction in waste and system responsiveness according to the changing customers' needs through value stream mapping, a lean tool.

In this paper we study quarter- symmetric non-metric connection in a Lorentzian β- kenmotsu manifold and the first Bianchi identity for the curvature tensor is found. Ricci tensor and the scalar curvature with respect to quarter-symmetric non-metric connection in Lorentzian β-Kenmotsu manifold are obtained. Finally some identities for torsion tensor have been explored.

Total productive maintenance (TPM) has become one of the most popular maintenance strategies to ensure high machine reliability since it is regarded as an integral part of lean Manufacturing. One of the main objectives of TPM is to increase the overall equipment effectiveness of plant equipment with a modest investment in maintenance. Companies around the world spend a lot of money on buying new machinery to increase the production, however a little is done to get hundred percent output from the machines. Nevertheless, because of increased competition and demand of quality products at lower costs, buying latest equipment is not a solution unless it is fully utilized. Therefore machine maintenance and in particular, implementing an appropriate maintenance strategy has become increasingly important for manufacturing industries to fulfill these requirements. In this regard, this paper has focused on a case-study work with the aim of evaluating the effects of total productive maintenance implementation onto the existing production scenario of a selected semi-automated manufacturing company of Bangladesh by measuring downtime and mean downtime reduction and performing mean downtime analysis (MDT). Pareto analysis and statistical analysis of downtime data have been conducted to identify the most affecting downtime factors hierarchically. Based on the results summarized, modern maintenance management and production improvement techniques have been suggested to improve the maintenance procedure and at the same time to enhance the volume of production as well.

For giving out private data securely between several parties an algorithm has been used. An anonymous ID assignment technique is used iteratively to assign the nodes with ID numbers ranging from 1 to N. This technique enhances data that are more complex to be shared securely. The nodes are assigned with the anonymous ID with the help of a central authority. The algorithm has been compared with the existing algorithm. In this paper we propose an algorithm has been developed based on Sturm's theorem and Newton's identities. The numbers of iterations are found out with the help of Markov chain.

Unified power flow controller (UPFC) consists two converters. There are three purposes of this paper, firstly to illustrate the UPFC device based VSC designs, then to describe a decoupling method the UPFC's controller into two separate control systems of the shunt and the series converters respectively in realizing an appropriate co-ordination between them. Finally, using the Matlab tool to build a discrete simulator for the UPFC with 12 pulse converters. The simulation results show that the developed UPFC model is reflected the static and dynamic characteristics of the UPFC. The harmonics of the output of the model are analyzed. Using the simple power system with UPFC as an example, the dynamics characteristics are studied. The fault status of the system with UPFC is analyzed too.
