This paper studies two stochastic bulk arrival and bulk service PH/PH/1 queue Models (A) and (B) with randomly varying k* distinct environments. The arrival and service distributions are (𝛼𝑖,𝑇𝑖) and (𝛽𝑖,𝑆𝑖) in the environment i for 1 ≤ i ≤ k* respectively. Whenever the environment changes from i to j the arrival PH and service PH distributions change from the i version to the j version with the exception of the first remaining arrival time and first remaining service time have stationary PH distributions of the j version which is known as equilibrium PH distribution for 1 ≤ i, j ≤ k* and on completion of the same the arrival and service distributions become initial versions (𝛼𝑗,𝑇𝑗) and (𝛽𝑗,𝑆𝑗). The queue system has infinite storing capacity and the state space is identified as five dimensional one to apply Neuts' matrix methods. The arrivals and the services occur whenever absorptions occur in the corresponding PH distributions. The sizes of the arrivals and the services are finite valued discrete random variables with distinct distributions with respect to environments and with respect to PH phases from which the absorptions occur. Matrix partitioning method is used to study the models. In Model (A) the maximum of the arrival sizes is greater than the maximum of the service sizes and the infinitesimal generator is partitioned mostly as blocks of the sum of the products of PH arrival and PH service phases in the various environments times the maximum of the arrival sizes for analysis. In Model (B) the maximum of the arrival sizes is less than the maximum of the service sizes. The generator is partitioned mostly using blocks of the same sum-product of phases times the maximum of the service sizes. Block circulant matrix structure is noticed in the basic system generators. The stationary queue length probabilities, its expected values, its variances and probabilities of empty levels are derived for the two models using matrix methods. Numerical examples are presented for illustration.

A sensor network is composed of a large number of sensor nodes that are densely deployed inside or very close to the phenomenon. Random deployment and self-organization capability In this paper we review some of location aware Routing protocol and describe the ongoing work to improve these routing protocol and in the later section of the paper we have proposed a solution to improve the existing LARP based solution as well as we have proposed the methodology to the existing solution.

Water distribution systems consist of an interconnected series of pipes, storage facilities, and components that convey drinking water and meeting fire protection needs for cities, homes, schools, hospitals, businesses, industries and other facilities. Public water systems depend on distribution systems to provide an uninterrupted supply of pressurized safe drinking water to all consumers. It is the distribution system mains that carry water from the treatment plant (or from the source in the absence of treatment) to the consumer. This paper introduces a design of a data logger based on using microcontrollers for recording the data related to the water distribution network. The logged data includes recording the pressure and rate of flow sensing in the water distribution network. The system design operates automatically. Any malfunction in the water distribution network will be reported in real time in order to take immediate action and therefore avoiding possible damages.

Manchester coding is a very common data coding method, probably the most common used today. With Manchester coding, we can encode both clock and signal into one, and transmit the signal serially. One distinctive characteristic about this method is that the encoded signal has always an average DC level of 50%. This means that averaging the HIGH and LOW pulse durations of a complete encoded data, will result into ( ½) of the HIGH voltage level. This feature is very helpful in cases where the power output is a function of the data, such as in AM modulation. Using Manchester encoding, the average power is always the same, no matter what data are transmitted. Manchester encoding is also widely used in infrared data transmissions. This paper deals with the design of biphase digital to digital encoding (Manchester) data transmission using microcontroller , latch, darlington amplifier , solid state relay, personnel computer and Bascom programming language .

E-prescribing is the use of a computerized system to enter and generate a prescription rather than writing it on paper. As many of the medical errors are medication errors, e-prescribing can help in reduction of these errors by appropriately offering timely decision support capabilities, actively detect errors such as drug-drug interactions and drugs that is known to stimulate hypersensitivity reactions for an individual by making use of her/his electronic health record, Also the use of automated prescribing mechanism will lead to preventing the use of unacceptable abbreviations as a potential source of medication errors. This paper introduces a computerized design linking the physician with the pharmacy over a secure network for implementing the e- prescribing. An algorithm is build to ease the dispensing of medications , avoiding medication dispensing errors and for providing safety to the patient.

The aim of this paper is to develop a code for encoding and compressing speech in real time . A powerful speech analysis technique called "redundancy remove technique" is implemented. The paper justifies the implementation of the redundancy remove technique. This technique is used because it provides extremely accurate estimation of speech parameters, and is relatively efficient for computation. The speech quality and complexity were analyzed.

Line encoding is the method used to represent the digital information on the media. A pattern, that uses either voltage or current, is used to represent the 1s and 0s of the digital signal on the transmission link. Common types of line encoding methods used in data communications are: Unipolar line encoding, Polar line encoding, Bipolar line encoding and Manchester line encoding. This paper deals with the design of bipolar digital to digital encoding (RZ) data transmission using latch SN 74373, darlington amplifier ULN 2003-500 m A, solid state relay, personnel computer and Turbo C++ programming language ).

The aims of this paper is to program a data base of prominent and the most common diseases, which requires supplementary oxygen care, by determining the specific range between the maximum and minimum dose of oxygen that can give a satisfied result. The minimum level will be given automatically. To increase the oxygen level and to determine the patient timing will be subjected to medical consultation and doctor's recommendations .The main objectives are to prevent over dose risk , to avoided medical mistakes, to relieve hypoxemia and to maintained adequate oxygenation of tissues. The methodology is based on, designing the control circuit, through which the oxygen dose can be controlled via stepper motor with solenoid valve. The opening of the solenoid valve is controlled according to the signal coming from the microcontroller. The microcontroller Atmage 32 is programmed by using the basic compiler language (BASCOM) to control the stepper motor. Through the observation, giving (39) steps from the stepper motor results in (10 L/min) , which is the maximum output from the total opened valve . Based on this result , the mathematical segmentation is done.

Remote patient monitoring (RPM) leads to improve quality of patient care on general hospital wards ,and it refers to a wide variety of technologies designed to manage and monitor a range of health conditions. (RPM) has shown itself as a viable option and it could even become a standard clinical pathway without the need of traveling the patients .Doctors and nurses can monitor their patients from remote areas. They can follow the treatment to the patients in the general wards and get ensured that they are receiving the expected care and attention. This paper implement programmed PLC (SIMATIC S7-200) to control and operate the stepper motor .An IP address wireless camera is mounted on the rotor of the stepper motor to monitor the conditions of the patients .The camera is connected to computer via an access point and it uses internet protocol (IP) technology to enable the doctors and nurse to see and talk with their patients on video remotely in any place. RPM system can complement the role of doctors and nurses resulting in more effective and efficient care for patients and in monitoring them by video .They will be able to focus on holistic needs of patients thereby providing better personal care.
