Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) offer an excellent opportunity to monitor environments, and have a lot of interesting applications, some of which are quite sensitive in nature and require full proof secured environment. The security mechanisms used for wired networks cannot be directly used in sensor networks as there is no user-controlling of each individual node, wireless environment, and more importantly, scarce energy resources. In this paper, we address some of the special security threats and attacks in WSNs. We propose a scheme for detection of distributed sensor cloning attack and use of zero knowledge protocol (ZKP) for verifying the authenticity of the sender sensor nodes. The cloning attack is addressed by attaching a unique fingerprint to each node that depends on the set of neighboring nodes and itself. The fingerprint is attached with every message a sensor node sends. The ZKP is used to ensure non transmission of crucial cryptographic information in the wireless network in order to avoid man-in-the middle (MITM) attack and replay attack. The paper presents a detailed analysis for various scenarios and also analyzes the performance and cryptographic strength.

In this project we are going to study petroleum products color detection system, which is based on colorimetry and color measurement theories. We use the RGB color sensor TCS320 as the color acquisition unit, enhanced 51 series microcontroller STC12C5A60S2 as the control unit. In order to increasing the system accuracy and reliability, we use the software processing methods such as white balance adjustment and instrument zero calibration. Experiment proof that the system has the advantages of simple hardware structure and strong anti-interference capacity.

Communication is an important aspect of life. The expression and application of thoughts makes it one of the crucial elements in the process of corporate life. With India making a global presence in the corporate world, the pressure to perform better is mounting before the Indian corporate houses. In this professionalism, the importance of communication cannot be undermined. The intellect needs strong communication skills to be visible as intellectuals. It has become pertinent to have effective communication skills. The expression of thoughts necessitates strong hold on language, which in turn adds to the personality of a person. There is no life without communication as it flows like a river. In fact, it is the lifeline of employability and very vital for good management. In the existing global scenario, most of the global companies are not only focusing on technical knowledge, rather, they are giving equal emphasis to aptitude of the candidate in HR acquisition process. IT companies and IT enabled services have started relying on aptitude and personality of a candidate in their selection procedure, which lead to non-core acquisition of candidates with multi-disciplinary skills to take employment in IT and related domain. The company equips them with advance training related to their job profile. Hence, communication becomes the most important element of the selection procedure. The recent studies and corporate data exhibits that the number of candidates is increasing but the employability factor is decreasing. As per the mostly used information, it has been observed that only five to ten percent of total applicants are employable. It does not mean that they are not technically sound but they lack effective communication skills. They fail to reach the expectations of the corporate world. This skill gap is becoming a cause of talent dilution as it is a preferential need to perform. The dissemination of the knowledge to others in an effective and impressive manner is the ultimate aim of acquiring knowledge, which is possible with strong communication skills. Therefore, it becomes inescapable requirement for every student to improve their communication ability. This paper is an attempt to address the issues related to communication in HR acquisition process of companies and also discuss the role of communication in shaping the personality of professional to enable to perform in corporate life.

In this paper deals with the Assignment problems arise in different situation where we have to find an optimal way to assign n objects to m other objects. These problems to find numeral application in production planning, Sales proportion, air –line operators etc. For example using maximizes (or) minimizes assignment methods and the existing Hungarian methods have been solved. In the entries of the cost matrix is not always crisp. In many application this parameters are uncertain and this uncertain parameters are represented by interval. In this contribution we propose interval Hungarian method and consider interval analysis concept for solving interval linear assignment problems.

This paper defines flow unit as the same reservoir unit owning equal percolation characteristics and argues that flow unit is relative and graded with different scales. After analyzing the basic features of continental reservoir flow units, this paper divides the flow units of pilot site in the East of the Second Region in the North of Daqing Saertu Oil Field, according to the geological factors influencing percolation characteristics.

Geotechnical properties of some sub base and sub-grade soils along Ibadan – Oyo highway, Southwestern Nigeria were investigated with a view of ascertaining the effect of water on the strength in terms of the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) on the soils. The results of the investigation showed significant decrease in the CBR of the sample after soaking. With small increases in the moisture content of the soaked samples, the percentages reduction in the CBR were very large. A slight increase in the moisture content can thus drastically reduce the CBR of the sub-base soil. Highway engineers should design adequate drainage system for highway pavement if the soils are to be used for construction. this is to prevent ingress of water to the sub-base soil.

Objectives: To assess the LATCH score regarding breastfeeding among study sample and to identify the problems related to breastfeeding among study sample after discharge from hospital and to find out the relationship between LATCH score and certain variables. Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted on non probability sample (purposive sample) of (120) women on postpartum who have either normal vaginal delivery or cesarean section from the period of January 2nd 2012 to February 17th 2012 at Baghdad Teaching Hospital & Al-Elwia Maternity Teaching Hospital. A questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection to fulfill with objectives of the study and consisted of three parts, including demographic, reproductive characteristics, LATCH Breastfeeding Assessment Tool. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of the study revealed that the highest percentage (26.6%) of the sample their age was ranged between (30-33) years, (50.8%) of them was graduated from primary school and less, and (88.3%) of them was housewives, (40%) had 1-2 birth, (71.69%) initiate their breastfeeding during 24 hours in previous baby, (51.6%) had delivered male newborn with (100%) of their newborn babies had normal birth weight and (53.33%) had moderate score of LATCH Breastfeeding Assessment and that there is a significant relationship (P= 0.000) between their ages with LATCH breastfeeding assessment tool for study sample. Conclusion: Nearly half of study sample had moderate score of LATCH breastfeeding assessment. Recommendations: The study is recommended to provide scientific information for pregnant women during prenatal visits about important of initiation of breastfeeding and benefits of breastfeeding and signs of good attachment and implementing LATCH breastfeeding assessment tool for women after childbirth.

The design of vessel especially self propelled sea going barge is highly complex, considering the various component needed to analyze. There are basic principle and method that is confirmed to the Lloyd's Register which are used in the analysis of this work. The principle of stability ratio and strength was used against that of similarities of vessels for the determination of the barge dimensions. A numerical program was used to check the result obtained using the dimensional analysis to calculate the centre of gravity of the self-propelled barge transversely, longitudinally and vertically. The still water moment and wave moment modeling was carried out to obtained the maximum bending moment and stresses that the structure would undergo during operation. The result obtained shows that the barge would withstand a maximum bending stress of 83.33MN/m2 with a wave bending moment at sagging condition of about 18.846MNm. The vessel exhibit mechanical strength and stability of moment loading condition and will withstand various form of stresses that would arise during operations.
