In order to understand the hydrocarbon generation potential of deep source rocks in Shuangliao fault depression, the distribution characteristics of hydrocarbon source rocks were predicted based on the core data, logging curve and seismic data. Combined with chemical analysis, thin section identification and other data, the abundance, type and maturity of hydrocarbon source rocks in Shuangliao fault depression were analyzed systematically. Research shows that the deep Shuangliao fault depression mainly developed three sets of hydrocarbon source rocks, Huoshiling formation, Shahezi formation and Yingcheng formation, their distribution is controlled by the N-S treading controlling-depression faults in the plane, is thicker in the west and thinner in the east. Deep source rocks in Shuangliao fault depression has an middle organic matter abundance, type is mainly II 2and III , and is on the thermal evolution stage from mature to high mature, and is conductive to generation of natural gas.

The identification , evaluation technology is an important link in oil and gas exploration. This paper mainly discusses the use of light hydrocarbon analysis technology to identify evaluation of oil and gas layer. The article makes a detailed description for light hydrocarbon analysis technique principle, evaluation parameters and evaluation methods.Light hydrocarbon analysis technique can reflect reservoir rock hydrocarbon content and the characteristics of the fluid (oil).using the change of the relative percentage of light hydrocarbon parameter to distinguish reservoir properties and watered-out degree is The main difference of the technology and pyrolysis gas chromatography analysis technology. In actual exploration, light hydrocarbon analysis is an economic, rapid and effective method ,and a kind of important means of reservoir evaluation and showing formation characteristics. Therefore, the development and application of light hydrocarbon analysis technique will be more able to adapt to the requirements of identification and evaluation of oil and gas in the future.

The range of rock's brittleness index and distribution law are the important evidences of making reservoir fracturing scheme and increasing production of tight reservoir. However, the main way to get brittleness index is core test method or rock mechanics parameters metho, and for the oil fields, which lack data of core and rock mechanics parameters, how to calculate brittleness index, and then to determine the distribution law are the key for mining tight sandstone reservoir effectively. First we use the core from core hole to calculate brittleness index, and then makes a correlation analysis with well logs, after that we pick out the gamma log as the highest correlation to the brittleness index curve, then established the logging interpretation model of brittleness index of this area, at last by using gamma log we have calculated the brittleness index of all wells and layers in the hole area. We also analyze the relationship between brittleness index and the type, content, granularity of the rock, then we discover that brittleness index with quartz, carbonate minerals are positively correlated relationship, negative correlation with shale content, and uncorrelated with feldspar content. Higher rock grain size, quartz and calcareous cement, with better property make higher brittleness index. Picking well layers of high brittleness index carry out field investigation, and obtain a favourable effect.

In-situ stress has very important practical significance and inestimable economic significance in oil-gas exploration and exploitation. Calculating the in-situ stress by logging data is a kind of cheap and relatively accurate method. The analysis of collapse pressure and fracture pressure can determine the in-situ stress azimuth and s-wave and p-wave of sonic log data can be used to calculate the dimensions of horizontal principal stress. There are mainly five methods to calculate the dimensions of horizontal stress: Mattews& Kelly model, Eaton model, Anderson model, Newberry model and Huang model.

Fault sealing mechanism mainly has two types including capillary seal and hydraulic seal. Capillary seal is the most common type, relying on the capillary pressure difference between fault and reservoir. Fault lateral seal types are divided into juxtaposition seal, fault rock seal and cementation seal according to the internal characteristics of fault zone. Fault rocks seal are classified into three categories depending on the content of shale or phyllosilicates of the faulted horizons, including cataclastic rock seal when it is less than 15%, phylloslicate-frame rock seal when it is between 15 to 40% and clay smear seal when it is greater than 40%. However, different seal types have different evaluation methods. Allan diagram and Knipe diagram provide methods to assess juxtaposition seal. But we use SGR algorithm to calculate the fault zone shale content to quantitatively evaluate fault rocks seal. Across fault pressure difference is increasing with increasing SGR, and the fault forms effectively seal, when the SGR reaches a certain number.

Volcanic rocks in the eastern depression of Liaohe depression are widely distributed. Igneous rock reservoirs are so rich that they have great exploration potential of volcanic rocks [1]. Huang Shatuo oilfield has the proven reserves of nearly 40 million tons and its reservoirs are volcanic rocks only. Igneous rock reservoir has become one of the most important reservoir type of Liao He basin. However, igneous rock reservoir as a special type of reservoir, it has some specific characters such as the lithology changes fast, the oil-gas possibility is more complex and so on. In nearly adecade, the prospection of oil and gas in igneous rock has not made significant progress. This article established the eastern depression volcanic lithofacies identification through the shaft vibration and seismic reflection characteristics analysis; By the integrated application of waveform clustering, coherent, wave impedance inversion, time slice and any other technologies , this essay forecasted the volcanic plane distribution range; The favorable reservoir facies belts under different periods have been found, which achieved good exploration results.

The evaluation of development index is an important basis for the exploitation of oil, and the design and adjustment of oilfield development program. In view of the single factor evaluation results not only the characteristics of the development index, development index of comprehensive quantitative evaluation method is studied. This paper uses grey system theory, principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient method. And the periphery of Daqing Putaohua reservoir developed blocks were evaluated comprehensively and quantitatively in the development index of classification, The results of the three evaluation methods of classification have good consistency, avoiding the single evaluation results is not only, in favour of the classification and evaluation of block.

For the purpose of studying the distribution and the rule of oil -water movement in 1 and 3 fault blocks of Gangxi fist area,we conduct a research on reservoir heterogeneity of the Guantao formation and the Minghuazhen formation in this area. Through comprehensive use of core and logging data, we analyze microscopic, layer, interlayer and plane heterogeneity of reservoir and the result shows that the main target reservoir heterogeneity is strong in 1 and3 blocks of Gangxi first area。The aeolotropism in this area is controlled by the deposition of the reservoir. We consider that the distribution of the reservoir is controlled by the distribution of the sedimentary microfiches. Chinese library classification,: TE122.2 Document id code A

Santanghu basin has made a breakthrough In Volcanic exploration, submitted a large oil and gas reserves, but the volcanic reservoirs in the formation of a complicated process influenced by many factors, the study is relatively weak. Using the core observation, thin section analysis, well logs and seismic data analysis, comprehensive study of the reservoir characteristics and the volcanic lithofacies types: there are explosive facies, effusive facies, volcanic sedimentary facies, and extrusive facies, volcanic vent facies which we can identify from the seismic. Meanwhile, we also discussed the distribution of volcanic lithofacies that has great significance for oil and gas exploration.
