The article firstly reviews the development tendency and content of TPACK, which the product of close integration of subject content knowledge, pedagogical knowledge and technological knowledge. Then the author makes an analysis of the theoretical frameworks of TPACK and teachers' professional development. Experts have advanced various theoretical frameworks to analyze the content of TPACK from different theoretical orientations. The focus of this article lies in providing the design for college English teachers' professional training model of TPACK and making an empirical study on college English teachers' TPACK to put forward a couple of meaningful inspirations from the comparative study. It is of great value to guarantee that college English teachers can understand and grasp the contents of TPACK correctly and comprehensively, learning to carry out EFL teaching with advanced teaching concept and integrated modern technology.

The River Periyar was seriously affected by strong salinity intrusion and the drinking water supply to the area was continuously threatened in recent years. To solve the salinity intrusion problem, the Water Resources Department has released fresh water from upstream several times. The salinity intrusion in recent years is getting more active and the intensity is getting stronger, this paper analyzes to bridge a relationship between the salinity concentration and the salinity intrusion length in the Periyar River Estuaries. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes a model for Periyar River Estuaries to take precautionary measures for preventing the salinity intrusion to ensure the safety of water supply and related development of water resources. The salinity intrusion length was computed based on the measure of freshwater discharge, and topographic effects. An association between's the saltwater intrusion length at the Periyar River, the freshwater discharge rate was imparted using an observational scientific proclamation. Salinity intrusion length was worked out using Brockway model (2006) and Byuing II Yoon model (2013) and found that the intrusion length was inversily proportional to the estuarine river discharge. The two mathematical models utilized were evaluated to opt on the best suitability. A relationship was developed between the concentration of salinity and salinity intrusion length and was ascertained its strength using regression analysis.

The division and correlation of strata is the foundation and key problem in oil field development. There are many kinds of stratigraphic correlation methods: sequence stratigraphic theory system and method system; new method of division and correlation of "dumb stratum"; method of combination of the method of the key bed, thickness method, method of sequence stratigraphy, method of dense well pattern; reservoir Architectural-El-ementAnalysis; geological seismic comprehensive stratigraphic division and correlation method; log curve method with third layers of wavelet coefficients reconstruction; segmentation and comparison of fractured zone; element stratigraphic method; quantitative stratigraphic division and correlation method and so on. But each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. The research direction in the future is how the method organically, mutual supplement and perfect, in order to form a set of effective and applicable to oilfield exploration and development stages of oil and gas reservoir accurate correlation technology.

Reasonable injection-production ratio is very important for stable production capacity of oil field. But reasonable injection-production ratio is often difficult to determine. This paper applies a method according to the relationship between injection-production ratio and water-oil ratio and the method combining material balance principle and Logistic cycle theory to determine the reasonable injection-production ratio. This method considers the effect of inefficient water injection and other factors, so it is very reliable. Through this forecast method, we can get the reasonable injection-production ratio of Z block. We can planning and design water injection of an oilfield through it, so this method has a strong guiding significance.

This paper mainly in troduce mud volcano's distribution, classification, formation mechanism. Mud volcano erupts mud, water, sedimentary breccia and various gas, accumulation in the surface and the formation of cone shaped sedimentary body .There are 40 mud volcano development area in global, and more than 20 submarine mud volcano development zone. Mud volcano's formation mechanism is the high deposition rates on the deep water and passive continental margins and lateral tectonic compression at the edge of the active continental margin. Because of the mud volcano has important significance for the study of tectonic attribution, oil and gas exploration, geological disasters and global climate change, it has become a new research hotspot of the earth science gradually.

The sandstone core samples from Shahejie Formation, Wenliu Oilfield were analyzed with the help of microscopic, petrophysical methods and X-ray fluorescence. By relating their results, it is able to find out the factors that affect the permeability. The samples are determined as fine-particle, porous, homogeneous but low permeable sandstones. The reason for this characteristic lies in the high content of carbonate. Although the dissolution of feldspar and carbonate enlarge the porosity, the honeycomb structure makes it low permeable. Besides, the carbonate recrystallized as cement and blocked capillary. The authors conclude that acidification fracturing can be a method to improve the permeability.

One of the preliminary works in the field of flood prediction, due to heavy rainfall, is the detection and identification of convective clouds using satellite imagery. Thermal infra-red (TIR) band images have been extensively used for this purpose. In order to identify the convective cloud, the image has to be clustered so that cloudy pixels can be identified. In this paper k-means clustering has been used for clustering pixels in a TIR image. From the image, four features such as mean, standard deviation, entropy, and busy-ness were obtained. Based on these features, clouds were segmented using k-means clustering algorithm. Finally, using a threshold value, cloudy pixels are extracted. Generally Euclidean distance is used in k-means clustering, but in this paper two more types of distances, Manhattan and Mahalanobis, have been used and the results have been observed using skill score analysis.

Accrual basis, also known as accrual or accounts payable, it is based on the occurrence of rights or responsibilities as the standard to confirm the income and expenses. In the business unit, when this phenomenon occurs, we need to pay equal attention to the rights and responsibilities of the accounting principles to deal with.

Since entering the 21st century, MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), Flipped Classroom and Micro-lecture have aroused wide attention in language teaching and research field among linguistic scholars around the world. However, there also exist many teachers and learners who haven't heard of these modern terms in China, let alone know about the distinctive features and practical applications of them in real teaching and learning practices. In spite of some controversies about the effectiveness and efficiency of using these new language teaching and learning technologies, these novel models have their marked advantages and can facilitate most senior and advanced students to achieve their academic success. This paper is going to explain the following issues: 1) the nature of MOOCs, Micro-lecture and Flipped Classroom; 2) the confusion among MOOCs, Micro-lecture and Flipped Classroom; 3) the application of MOOCs, Micro-lecture and Flipped classroom; 4) the merits and demerits of MOOCs; 5) the target group and the future of MOOCs. The purpose of this paper is to help learners and teachers have a basic acknowledgement and an overall understanding of the three hot academic terms and take the best advantages of these 3 emerging modern teaching and learning technologies in the near future.
