After having a widely research on thesis about using heavy mineral to analysis source rock, summarized the influence of every parameters in using heavy mineral data to analysis the source direction and source rock's type or in the process of sedimentary ,then given the disadvantages and the advantages of this kind of analysis. The conclusion is that we should take every parameters into consideration especially the long time of the creation of rock when using this method (heavy mineral to analysis origin source). Then there are some opinion about it's future way.

By comprehensive utilization of core, logging and seismic data, sedimentary facies are characteristics studied in Fuyu Formation in Zhaoyuan area. Fuyu Formation is in delta sedimentary system, including delta plain and delta front subfacies. The microfacies types are mainly distributary channel, flood plain, mud outside river, natural levee, distributary bay and estuary dam, et al. Through single well facies and linked well facies analysis, the sedimentary facies distribution characteristics of Fuyu Formation were studied in the Zhaoyuan area. The river development scale is different in each layer group of Fuyu Formation. Channel development increases from FⅡ to FⅢ, showing the water gradual shrinking progradation sedimentary formation, and after water jump greatly............

Today Wireless Sensor Networks are used in a plethora of applications ranging from underwater to on land applications hence making them very feasible. These networks can even be integrated into the Internet of Things, where through the use of sensors, the entire physical infrastructure is closely coupled with information and communication technologies, where intelligent monitoring and management can be achieved via the usage of networked embedded devices These networks use sensors which are miniature in size. Applications which use these wireless sensors need continuous monitoring of the environment.......

Dirichlet series is an exponential power series, introduced by P. G. L. Dirichlet a German mathematician. Using this power series, we study the boundary-layer equation of flow over a nonlinearly stretching sheet in the presence of magnetic field. The solution obtained by this method is in good agreement with existing solutions.

The paper begins with a brief review of the literature and how business students choose their major in the U.S. and we list the most popular majors in the U.S. Universities. We also talk about the factors that influenced student's choice. In our next research project, we will not only use a larger sample size but also the sample will come from a few universities to reduce the sampling bias. In this paper, we also talk about changing trends in international students. We talk about the large group of Chinese, Indian, and Arabic students, and we show that with literature and graphical support. In the next section, we analyze one of the up and coming new business majors ―Business Analytics‖ We finish the paper with a discussion of growth of international students both at graduate and undergraduate level, and how we will address the shortcomings of this paper with our next project.

Sudden variation becomes a regular incidence in agile quality. To fulfill rapid response to the dynamic market changes, organizations should be proficient at neutralizing the influence that change has upon its performance measures. Previously, companies focused on their competencies by developing extensive variety of business applications for products with quick variations. The beliefs of change found in strategic agility have a crucial mission of constantly surpassing the competition, even as the market is persistently evolving. Maintaining a strategic based, agile-quality organization will have a direct feedback on the business‟s market share and participation versus other competitors. This paper focuses on how to build a strategic agility framework............

Resource leveling problems are attractive and important part of construction project planning. Resource leveling is the process used within project scheduling to reduce fluctuations in resource usage over the period of project implementation. This study presents a new hybrid intelligence model, named as Artificial Bee Colony with Differential Evolution, to handle the multiple resources leveling in multiple projects problems (ABCDE-MRLMP). The proposed algorithm integrates crossover operation from differential evolution (DE) with original artificial bee colony (ABC) to balance exploration and exploitation phase of the optimization process...........

Reducing the pollution emission associated with oil combustion is gaining an increasing interest worldwide. Recently, Brown's gas (HHO gas) has been introduced as an alternative clean source of energy. A system to generate HHO gas has been built and integrated with Isuzu trooper (2255 cc 4 cylinder engine). The results show that a mixture of HHO, air, and gasoline causes a reduction in the concentration of pollutant emission constituents and an enhancement in engine efficiency............

Abstract:–This paper presents an overview of Biodiesel resources and research in Bangladesh. The energy sector of Bangladesh largely depends on natural gas and petroleum oil. But the reserves are inadequate to meet the energy demand for long term economic growth. Biodiesel can be an alternative to these fossil fuels. Biodiesel is non-toxic and biodegradable. The combustion of Biodiesel emits very less amount of COX, SOX, hydrocarbons and particulate matter. In Bangladesh, a good number of edible and non-edible Biodiesel feedstock is available. But the edible sources are not promising as they need arable lands for cultivation. The arable lands in Bangladesh are used for food production............
