In the segmentation of medical image the most significant and interesting factor is image segmentation. In this research work is the method of segmentation is explained in detail. There are two steps are having in this method. In the initial step, from the database of patients' the MRI brain image is developed, in this image, object and noise are eliminated when that binarization method is used for the image segmentation. This binarization method are done in the assist of Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm, therefore the algorithm act as an important role , in this minimum level of weight vector, a higher value of tumor pixels, computation speed is accomplished by the fuzzy c mean with vector quantization. The main goal of this research work is to provide Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm variation that gives image clustering using MRI brain tumor database. Both the information of local spatial and gray level is combined together in the proposed.............

Renewable energy source turn out to be exceptionally well known and are commonly utilized these days. The energy generated using solar photovoltaic (PV) system is an example of a clean sustainable power source. Because of utilizing PV solar panels as a sustainable power resource components of PV system such as an inverter turn out to be broadly utilized for this reason and keeping in mind the end goal to improve the desired maximum power from PV, distinctive strategies were utilized to accomplish the coveted power, where it turn into an extremely extensive to use diverse technique to accomplish desired maximum power from PV. The fundamental objective of this manuscript is to present the usage of a photovoltaic system installed at NISE, GURUGRAM of 100kw and to measure the performance of this system in terms of system life cycle solar radiation data will be used to gauge the early energy yield using PVSYS programming tool. The performance ratio of this PV system is also calculated based on the measured output power and the radiation intensity.

Mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) has a great importance in today's research field as it is totally infrastructureless network which is demanded for urgent purpose in battle-field or devastated area during earth-quake etc. But there are some constraints which makes its implementation very difficult in practice. In this paper, we have concentrated different parameters which are considered for feasibility of MANET using different routing protocols. End to end delay, Average jitter are used to measure quality of service(QoS) of MANET in application layer and transmit power, receive power and ideal power are measured in physical layer . Results are analyzed choosing 36 nodes with traffic load of 10 using Qualnet simulator. Here, we have chosen ANODR, AODV, DSMO, FISHEY, LANMAR, LAR, OLSR, STAR and ZRP which are well-known routing protocols.

The multilevel Inverter is used for high power utility applications. To get AC output waveforms with low harmonic content, a set of non- linear transcendental equations known as selective harmonic elimination equationsare solved. Thus lower order harmonics are eliminated and the higher order harmonics are filtered out in SHE techniques .The switching angles are optimized with new proposed optimization technique. Modulation index m, is changed over a range to get required output waveform. THD vary with modulation index values. In this paper, the THDs and output waveform of single phase full-bridge inverter using SHE scheme with varying the modulationindex isobtained

The concept of cultural heritage offers an idea about recognising and appreciating culture. This idea considers culture as a representation of human civilisation inherited through generations. It is interesting to explore how a concept, which is initially introduced by an international platform, is relevant to the local culture. Regarding this, Indonesia is the best example in explaining this situation because this country has evolved this concept for many years since the colonial period. This inquiry is addressed in a theoretical study regarding the development of cultural heritage concept in Indonesia. A reflection on case studies articulates theories with the context. At the end of this paper, this study proposes an approach inquiring cultural heritage from the global and local perspective.

Turnover intention can have an impact on employee's performance decline , while the company's success is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees . Various ways can be taken to make employee's performance effective and efficient. Today many companies or agencies use outsourced labor. One of them is the Department of Culture and Tourism of Surabaya City where the outsourced labor here is a Non-Permanent Employees (NPEs) that is individuals who receive contracts employment from the related Regional Governmental Organizations (RGOs) and amount of Non-Permanent Employee (NPEs) in 2017 is 70 % of the total number of employees. The results of survey shown that the rate of turnover of Non-Permanent Employees (NPEs) in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Surabaya reaches 16,3 % or 32 employees in 2017. The turnover rate is so high that the factors which effecting it should be known. Consequently, the turnover intention of employees can be suppressed............

Due to changing lifestyle, health has become a major concern for us. Most of the people have to take medicine to survive and because of their busy life they often tend to forget to take their medicines. Therefore, in order to remind a person to take medicine regularly on time, we have made 'a smart medicine box'. This device reminds the user to take medicine on time, in addition to it the other special features are reminder when the medicine gets over and a panic button that can be used in case of emergency.

as the study of graphs came around there was even study of domination in graphs was developed with Claude Berge in 1958, in which he introduced the ―Coefficient of external stability‖, which is known as domination number of a graph. Oystein Ore introduced the terms ―Dominating Set‖ and ―Domination Number‖ which was published in 1962. Since then lot of paper were published, and has been studied extensively. The paper focus on different types of edge dominating set which are being studies along with dominating set where only vertex is worked on or considered.
