Human anatomy is beyond the reach of ordinary man and to get into it requires a super relative effort. Vigorous research is on but, deep research is still required so as to understand every chromosome of human anatomy. The medical images, its classification and diagnosis of diseases in human suffers due to the fact that the images so captured will be high dimensional and having disturbances of various nature, spikes, occlusions etc. Training of medical images becomes more challenging in the presence of such factorsand if the acquired images are not smoothened properly then accurate medical diagnosis becomes impossible. Revisiting all approaches which hinder the best possible diagnosis and in order to address the drawbacks a possible solution is given in this research paper to smoothen medical images resulting in correct diagnosis assessment.

The term home security is variously developing as a noteworthy concerning issue in the present life. The test of building up a home security gadget is to make it easy to use which can diminish human exertion and additionally guarantee security of individuals along with their home. The proposed project is used to minimize the doorstep crimes by implementing smart doorbell with push notification and smart door lock to homes, offices, etc. As soon as the bell is rung, a notification will be delivered via mail consisting of an attached image of the visitor to the registered members. A smart door lock which will be used can be unlocked by fingerprint or smartcard of authorized members only.

Improvising software engineering methods with growing and changing market demands is the need of hour. It always have been a great challenge and issue to get software quality in tandem with the today's market or user requirements which is ever changing and flexible. With this study we proposed a methodology in which software engineering will consider HCI, Human Computer Interaction, to its very core and further develop the product. Our study shows how HCI would prove to be a masterstroke for overcoming the current quality issues. Thus the product developed will be highly efficient and effective. Further we proved that how this user centric design will be efficient in future development of software and usability of human computer interaction has an important role to play in the future of the software engineering research and practice.

This study sought to establish the challenges facing disposal of electronic waste in Kenyan Public Universities. Survey research design was used in the study. The target total population was 385 from two public Universities and one University Constituent College. Through purposive and simple random sampling 110 respondents were selected. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and document review. The data analysis used both descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the study indicated that public Universities have major challenges in disposal of electronic waste and there is also lack of proper disposal mechanism. The paper then recommends that universities need to set up a disposal and refurbishing center.

In this paper, the normal fixed channel allocation (FCA) is improved by introducing the concept of channel borrowing and it was found that the call blocking probability for a given set of conditions was 14% and dropped to 10% approximately also the handoff dropping probability reduced from 9% to 1 %. This paper also focuses on hybrid channel allocation (HCA), where the average number of channels, allocated dynamically to each cell in a cluster, is maximized and then channel borrowing scheme is introduced. HCA was used on a cluster of cells and the blocking probability for each cell was significantly reduced. Here it was aimed to keep the blocking probability below 6%.

cloud computing is vast area now a day. In this cloud there have many issues occur, virtual machine management, security of the task, resource management so we have to solve it. In this paper we talk about the energy efficiency. In terms of efficiency we have consume the power cost of the datacenter and according that we manage the response time applying some algorithms and techniques. Dynamic voltage frequency scaling is a main algorithmof this research.Apply methodology, using that we manage the power.First we balance the request then making a group after that migrate the task according to the resources of the particular virtual machine.

Throughout history, it is seenthat some locations have affected and directed the fateof the region due to population, geographical features, economic values, religious beliefs and similar factors. Kutahya, one of the settlements that gets the most out of the opportunity provided to itself, is home to as history based on BC VII century and an extraordinary civilization created by this past. [1]. One of the historical structures which Kutahya province owns is Kutahya Castle. In this study, the importance of the historical Kutahya Castle in Kutahya history, its characteristic features, the types of materials used during the construction and the structural analysis of these materials were examined. The samples were taken from the regions which will give information about the varied periods of the structure in general. SEM and EDS analyzes were carried out on the stones which is taken from these historical buildings in laboratory environment and the data base was prepared for the restoration works to be performed with the results of this analysis.

The jet nebulizer spray pyrolysis (JNSP) coating is a promising route to acquire pure copper oxide (CuO) and tin doped copper oxide (SnCuO) thin films for the P-N diode application at 450°C. The effect of Sn doping (0, 4, 8 and 12 wt.%) on structural, optical, electrical conductivity and diode properties of CuO was measured by various techniques. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed the polycrystalline with monoclinic structure of CuO. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) images exhibited the dissimilarities of thesub-microsizedparticles. The elements of Sn, Cu and O presence were confirmed by the energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis...........
Index Terms – Pure CuO, Sn doped CuO, JNSP technique, p-SnCuO/n-Si, doping concentrations.
