Total quality management could be a comprehensive and structured organizational management approach that focuses on the continuous improvement of the quality of products and services through constant feedback on victimization. Total quality management, or TQM, is used as a process throughout the company to guarantee the quality of the product or service. In fact, because TQM focuses on customer satisfaction, specifically on their needs and wants, perhaps TQM is easier in the world of small businesses. TQM's challenge for business owners is to understand market participation, learn to listen to customers and know when to make changes. If TQM is implemented correctly, small businesses can use the process to make changes in a product or service to the demand of the customer and the market. This research is an empirical type of research i.e. there is a way to gain knowledge through direct and indirect observation. The record of one's direct observations or experiences can be analysed quantitatively or qualitatively................
