Using Recreational Parks in Lagos State, Nigeria as a case study, this paper proposes vvv vv. It gives a back-ground to the concept of recreational facilities in Nigeria and misting systems in general. And then, it introduces misting systems: stating the advantages, challenges, and their proposed solutions.

This study assesses the implementation of the palay procurement program of the NFA in Sorsogon for the fiscal year 2019-2023. Specifically determines the status of the implementation in classification and net weight, qualifications of legitimate farmers, volume of palay, payment, and buying stations. Also, this includes the practices and satisfaction of the farmers in the implementation. This uses a qualitative method. The method uses the documents from the NFA Sorsogon and an interview guide for the informants of the study. There were 30 farmer participants who joined the FGD from the different municipalities of the province of Sorsogon and 10 personnel participants of the NFA Sorsogon designated as the palay procurement team........

The purpose of this study is to examine how an MHD dusty fluid transfers heat over an exponentially porous sheet. By transforming the partial differential equations governing the flow into nonlinear ordinary differential equations, similarity transformations can solve them. Numerous parameters, including the magnetic field, mass concentration, Prandtl number, Eckert number, and porosity, among others, have been explored for their effects on the microrotation, velocity, and temperature profiles of both the fluid phase and the dust phase. The MATLAB BVP4C package was used to draw the graphic findings.

Geotechnical characteristics of seven laterite deposits in southwest Nigeria were investigated. The obtained laterite samples from the selected locations with acronym Loc.1 to Loc.7 were subjected to various laboratory tests including specific gravity, linear shrinkage, Atterberg limits, grain size analysis, California bearing ratio, compaction, and permeability. The results of the laboratory analyses showed that the specific gravity of the soils samples ranged from 2.639 to 2.768; liquid limit ranged from 28.1% to 65.8%; plasticity limit ranged from 19.2% to 27.4%; fines content ranged from 17.4% to 71.7%; clay content ranged from 8% to 56.1%, optimum moisture content ranged from 11.3% to 28.7%; maximum dry density ranged from 1462 kg/m3 to 2065 kg/m3; unsoaked California bearing ratio ranged from 7% to 82%, soaked California........

The extraction of crude oil is carried out on sites mostly inaccessible to the construction of a refinery. This fact is due to the inaccessibility of the oil fields (the location of the extraction wells is on hard-to-reach lands) and especially the extracted quantities, which usually do not ensure a frequency desired by the beneficiary (usually the crude oil deposits are subject to a natural decline process). That is precisely why the extracted crude oil is transported to the refineries through various delivery systems (pipelines, railways or cars).
