Due to increase in demand for light weight, high strength, better seismic resistance and low cost composite materials for engineering application. Still there is need of advancement and further testing of these materials. Currently glass fiber reinforced composites and carbon fiber composites are studied and tested by many researchers. This research study deals with experimental testing of glass and jute fiber reinforced composite laminates (Hybrid fiber reinforced composite laminates) retrofitted with reinforced concrete beams to plug few gaps in research.

The present investigation deals with the effect of treatment of Sodium arsenite, on the histochemical components of liver from fish, Mystus bleekeri. This fish was exposed to the sublethal dose of LC50 of Sodium arsenite in laboratory conditions for duration desired durations. The histochemical observation revealed that the proteins, lipids and carbohydrates particularly glycogen were depleted. Sodium arsenite toxicity was found time dependent. The fish, Mystus bleekeri is consumed by people; it is essential to know the effect Sodium arsenite on histochemical changes in liver.

The present investigations are getting considerable attention under sustainable development now-a-days. The use of Recycled Aggregate (RA) from construction and wastes is showing prospective application in construction as alternative to primary (natural) aggregates. It conserves natural resources and decrease the space required for the landfill disposal. The High Strength concrete has become more popular in recent years owing to the extraordinary advantages it offers over the conventional concrete but at the same time strong enough to be used for the structural purpose. The aim of the present work is to study the attitude of coarse aggregate replaced with Recycled Aggregates in volume percentages of 10 , 20 %, 30 % and 40 % cement replaced with the GGBS and silica fume in weight percentages of 10 , 15 , 20 , 25 ,and 30. The conventional mix has been designed for M40 grade concrete.............

In this research, the potential of wind power in Torbat-e Jam has been investigated consider the affecting factors of wind power efficiency. Due to the Binalood wind power plant in Neyshabur, the possibility of constructing a wind power plant in Torbat-e Jam has been evaluated by the comparison of wind speed in Torbat-e Jam and Neyshabur. Hence, the wind speed diagrams were firstly has drawn for both cities, from 2006 to 2016. The wind speeds in both cities were collected from the meteorological service, which used to create the diagrams on line -point form. Each point and line represents the monthly and daily average of the wind speed, respectively. Data were taken in three-hour period for eight times per a day. By analysing the wind speed in 32120 consecutive periods. It was determined that: the average wind speed in the Torbat-e Jam has always been higher than the largest wind speed in Neyshabur, since 2006. There fore, the results of this study show that the of Torbat-e Jam city has the potential of building a power plant in wind energy. Also, it would cause a significant impact in various sectors such as agriculture, climate change, and the prevention of environmental hazards.

The environmental impact generated by the use of natural aggregates in the manufacture of concrete has led to the search for alternative alternatives. The use of recycled aggregates produced from crushed waste concrete reduces the environmental effect of the exploitation of aggregates. However, physical and mechanical properties are demerited in most cases. For this reason, the need to develop a mathematical model that predicts the behavior generated by the use of these waste materials arises. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model to predict water penetration in concrete made with recycled aggregate replacements, using the results of absorbed water in Pipette Absorption Test (RILEM II.4) and the effective porosities.

The applicability of the time reversal method to Lamb wave propagation is investigated in order to recover the initial input signal in the long distance propagation of dispersive lamb waves .The simplicity of generation and sensing of the lamb wave make it suitable for structural health monitoring of thin plate-like structure because of their guided waves.Their dispersive properties frequently limit their practise in defect detection in which time arrival and amplitude dimension are not easy to determine. .Time reversal processing can be applied to overcome these problems. Time reversal method using Lamb waves contains of three phases. A signal is produced into a plate structure through a transmitting transducer. Signal becomes dispersive though spreading across the plate. A different transducer acquires the transferred signal. The signal is inverted in time and re-emitted via the first transmitter two techniques are tested: Regular time reversal, inverse filtering and compared

Crystals of AgInTe2 (AIT) were grown by Bridgman technique method. The crystals were identified structurally by using X-ray diffraction technique. Measurements of electrical conductivity and Hall effect were performed in the wide temperature range (165-600 K). Thermoelectric power measurements were carried out in the temperature interval (182-408K). From these measurements, many various physical parameters were determined. The energy gap has been estimated to be 1 eV and the type of conductivity was found to be n-type. Crystallite size (D) of the obtained AgInTe2 crystals was calculated to be 166.6 nm. A detailed discussions were done on the basis of the crystal structure of the crystals. The lattice parameter a, b and c for the prepared crystals were calculated.

The simple and evident scheme on the plane for geometrical interpretation of trajectories of particles with various types of spin is described. Trajectories corresponding to the movement of particles and antiparticles with half-integer, integer and zero values of spin are shown. The difference of a projection of spin on an axis from a projection of spin on the plane is noted. Communication of our approach and Epicurus and Tit Lucretius's antique ideas is shown.

This paper presents the development of both software and hardware to control the modulation in amplitude of different laser diodes whose wavelengths vary according to the detection of the type of substance which is required to identify, all this thanks to a thermal lens experiment for spectroscopic detection of contaminating species. The hardware design focuses on a laser diode whose wavelength is 532 nm y power of 10 mW, although it is important to consider that the design of the electronic card, which is presented in this research work, It has the ability to adjust to the excitation current of any laser diode. Allowing flexibility for a specific application required.

The destruction and desolation of historical environment is important not only in the architectural terms but also in cultural and historical values. Kastamonu, the city rich in historical and cultural heritage, is one of the most important settlements of the traditional Turkish house and of the near-term Ottoman architecture. In this study, the architectural and structural features of the Historical Kastamonu Houses are examined and the causes of damage to houses are mentioned in the light of this information.

An Investigation on the effect of cross flow of multiple opposing gaseous fuel jets on liquid fuel burning was performed that could be retrofit into an existing or future manufactured gas turbine engines to provide an energy solution to problem of growing levels of carbon emissions. The combustion chamber was provided with dual fuel burner, and experimentally burn liquid fuel in a cross flow of gaseous fuel. While the air was co-axially introduced in a double swirl flow field, the combustion efficiency and flame length were recorded in conjunction with varying the number of opposing jets. Results verified that the average temperature of the product gases has been generally improved by 21.8 ~ 52.1 % than the original case of diesel oil burning................
