Wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM) is non-conventional machining process in which removal of material takes place between wire and workpiece gap due to spark generation. This paper reports experimental investigation of the effect of machining parameters (pulse-on time, pulse-off time, wire tension, wire feed, voltage) on the performance measure like kerf width(KW) and surface roughness(SR) during wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM) on aluminium 6061-T6 material. The Optimization of process parameters was done using Taguchi method with the help of Regression analysis on MINITAB 18 software.

Root canal is a treatment sequence for the infected pulp of a tooth which result in the elimination of infection and protection of the decontaminated tooth from future microbial invasion. There are two process one is cleaning and another one is obturation. During the second visit the temporary filling material like guttaparcha is placed. A temporary filling material is placed again. This process is called obturation. It is assumed that obturation method closely resembles with mechanical injection moulding. Thus to carry out study on compantion load in dental obturation.Acralyc blocks are required.Root canal is the naturally occurring anatomic space within the root of a tooth...........

In this study, experimental analysis by using thermocouples and thermal imaging camera along with numerical analysis was performed to define thermal distribution inside the head lamp because of usage plastic materials and thermal loads. Buoyancy, radiation and conjugate effects were considered. Velocity and temperature distributions were obtained and possible hot spots can be determined. The present study carries out an experimental analysis on a automotive headlamp to determine the thermal characteristics and behaviour. Numerical analysis done through CFD technique is utilized to validate the experimental results. Thereby, showing simulation strategy using CFD methodology to determine the airflow and temperature distributions within a headlamp design. The methodology presents a fair agreement with the experimental and numerical analysis results

In any refrigeration system heat energy is lost to the surroundings and it goes as a waste. The work is deals with the utilization of the out coming heat energy to produce hot water in the water refrigeration. There by we are utilizing the heat lost and also reducing the heat in the condenser to get maximized cold water The circuit used in this work is same as that of the available water refrigeration. This concept of utilizing the heat energy evolved to the surrounding can be applied in any refrigeration systems Electric electricity is the technology of converting sunlight directly in to electricity. It is based on photo-voltaic or electric modules, which are very reliable and do not require any fuel or servicing. Electric systems are suitable for plenty of sun and are ideal when there is no main electricity Our objective is to design and develop a electric system normally "THERMO ELECTRIC REFRIGERATION". This electric power is used to run the compressor in the refrigeration system.

Energy is one of the major issues that the world is facing in India, the supply of energy has been one of the major problems forboth urban and rural households. About 60% to 70% of the energy demand of the country is met by fuelwood and agriculture residues. Solar energy is a renewable source of energy, which has a great potential and it is radiated by the sun. Renewable energy is important to replace the using of electric energy generated by petroleum. Solar power has become a source of renewable energy and solar energy application should be enhanced. The solar PV modules are generally employed in dusty environments which are the case tropical countries like India. The dust gets saturated on the front surface of the module and blocks the incident light from the sun. It reduces the power generation capacity of the solar panel. The power output reduces as much as by 50% if the solar panel is not clean for some days .Toremove the dust in the PV modules to improving the power efficiency.

The MIG welding parameters are the most important factors affecting the quality, productivity and cost of welding. This report presents the influence of welding parameters like welding current, welding voltage, Gas flow rate, etc. on weld strength of Mild Steel material during welding. By using DOE method, the parameters can be optimize and having the best parameters combination for target quality. The analysis from DOE method can give the significance of the parameters as it give effect to change of the quality and strength of product or does not. A plan of experiments based on Taguchi technique has been used to acquire the data. An Orthogonal array are employed to investigate the welding characteristics of Mild Steel material and optimize the welding parameters. Finally the conformations tests have been carried out to compare the predicated values with the experimental values confirm its effectiveness in the analysis of weld strength.

Effective water management begins with timing and regulating irrigation water application in a way that will satisfy the need of the product or aquifer and is available to consumer at rates tolerated according to the soil characteristics. So are many water flow measurement techniques as well as different types allwater flow meters used to measure the volume of water flow in pipelines but the sealis too costly. This paper describes design and development of low cost automatic water flow devices saving water as well as energy. hall Effect water flow sensor is used as a sensing unit with a turbine rotor inside it whose speedof rotation changes with the different rate of flow of water. The hall effect sensor outputs the corresponding pulse train for frequently input to the microcontroller.

Oil spills in sea occur frequently because of crude oil pipeline breakage, sinking of ship, release of crude oil from drilling rigs, etc. Oil spills are a type of pollution which has adverse effect on marine life. It also possesses a high risk of fire hazards. Oil skimmers are devices which separate oil from water-oil mixture. The efficiency with regard to oil skimmer is the quantity of oil recovered in comparison water traditionally used oil skimmers have lower efficiency. Another method used for removing the oil is by using special chemical absorbing pads which when placed over the surface, absorbs the oil. The proposed project aims at increasing the efficiency of the mechanical method of separating oil which uses oil skimmer. This will be done using a disc type oil skimmer and changing the material of the disc. Oleophilic material will be used for the disc and the results will be compared with traditionally used material of mild steel.

Due to the cleaner and costless operation of solar energy the use of solar energy is increasing day by day. Power generation using solar panel is one of the major means of utilising this massive renewable source of energy. However one of the major drawback of solar panels is limiting it's use; it is seen that as the temperature of the solar panel is increasing then it's performance is decreasingq as a result of of this its output voltage is getting reduced. This has became a major barrier for using solar panels in hot regions or in desert areas. So, there is a need to cool solar panels. Available solutions for this problem are having either considerable capital cost or they consumes energy for it's operation. In order to overcome these drawbacks this paper introduces a new technique of cooling the solar panel that is Saur...............

Kaizen concept is key process to bring together employees to contribute their suggestions for improvement of the not just about manufacturing processes but anything everything in the factory beginning from security to corporate office. This means that "kaizen" is a process of identification of opportunities for improvement, innovation, change, development, transformation by some small healthy improvement or modification of the life style and processes of organization. The radical changes in any organization process talks its seed in small changes and modifications for good (better way of doing things- more economically, efficiently and effectively without generating waste or damage to the environment and setups).............
