The article proposes a self-regulated micro-course learning approach which provides different micro-course video clips on the same learning material for the students to choose from in English as a Foreign Language (hereafter referred to as EFL) teaching. We implicitly classify our students in accordance with their English language proficiency levels first and record different videos for them to learn independently before class, students can ask questions or interact with their classmates in an online QQ International (hereafter referred to as QQi) learning community before training their vocational skills in English in a flipped classroom. The innovated research is helpful to narrow the difference in English language proficiency levels, improve learning efficiency and better their comprehensive vocational skills.

Bozhong 25-1 South oil field is a complex fluvial facies conventiona heavy oil field discovered in Bohai bay, after putting into operation since 2004,thy have achieved remarkable development effect. To keep stable or more efficient in the next development, we must relalise the reservoir adaptation present of well pattern. This article from the sand body width and layer well spacing, degree of control of sand well spacing to each sand body, degree of control of development well spacing to each sand body, these three main aspects to analysis the reservoir adaptation of well pattern, then fold together all the small layers in the same oil group vertically, gather parts into a whole,to analysis sand body of the whole oil group influenced by the degree of well pattern control. The final conclusion, the control of reservoir in Bozhong 25-1 south oilfield is low degree, the development potential is very great.

At present, power electronics-based technologies are widely penetrating the power systems in an effort towards "smart-oriented" operational systems. Voltage-sourced converters (VSCs) are such power electronics-based technologies that currently seem rather to preponderate in many promising applications including FACTs, HVDC grids, DGs and VSDs. VSCs are found in a plethora of structures ranging from a simple half-bridge to an advanced modular topology and in order to exploit all their possible inherent features, a number of modulation strategies have been established. This paper investigates holistically the 3Φ two-level VSC with a 3rd harmonic injection bus-clamping space-vector modulation. It is essentially envisioned to further [7]-[8] studies, which compare two common VSC topologies, by including the abovementioned bus-clamping topology. The modulation strategy implemented through the principle of the equivalence linear triangle-comparison-based PWM with a bus-clamping SVM, mainly the MAX and MIN bus-clamping schemes. The resultant asynchronised SV-PWM has been investigated with a passive RL load and an active asynchronous vector-controlled motor with the aid of Simulink® simulated models.

Based on the latest laboratory test and prospect well data of G layer in south depression of D basin, the source rock、reservoir、cap-rock and preservation forming condition of tight oil and gas within research area is analyzed. The results indicate that the widely distributed dark mudstone of J layer has rather high organic content .Ⅱb and Ⅲ types are the mainly genetic types of organic matter. The mature source rocks, which has reached the generation stage of cracked gas, providing rich material basis for forming oil and gas reservoirs. There are tight reservoir distributed in research areas and interbedded sandstone and mudstone are very common. Oil and gas are well preserved in local depression with stable tectonic condition. Therefore, South Depression of D Basin has certain exploration potential of tight oil and gas.

This paper based on crossplot and core data, analysis the Pu Xi oilfield ,Putao Hua oil layer 's conventional logging response characteristic.Based on the describe of the three cored wells, Putao Hua oil layer is mainly made up with siltstone, muddy siltstone, silty mudstone,. First normalized the well logging curves, elimination the influence of the nongeological factors to the well logging curves. After that, establishe the logging data intersection, and identify the lithology. The lithology crossplot are mainly depand on △SP,GR,AC,ILM,ILD.At last ensure the lithological standard.

With the continuous improvement of exploration technology and the increasing degree of energy resource exploration, it becomes more and more demanding of looking for new oil and gas. Seismic inversion is an important method for seismic exploration and oil-gas identification. It is a process of eliminating interfering wavelet from the synthetic seismogram. By retaining the reflection coefficient sequence, thus the wave impedance can be computed. First we should make the inspection, splicing and standardized processing on all logging curves, then use statistical method to predict the relationship between the known properties and the forecasting curves, and at last determine the four parameters of geostatistical inversion: the S/N ratio of seismic data, seismic sampling rate, variogram and the ratio of total thickness of sandstone and the thickness of strata. Take Yong 56-96 block of the eighth oil recovery factory of Daqing oil field as the study area, and adopt the joint inversion method of pseudo-acoustic and geostatistics for identification of sand. As a result, its profile form is more natural, its vertical resolution and transversal extensibility are better, and its coincidence rate of the well is much higher as well.

In this paper, the 3D seismic data and logging data of the gold belt are used to carry out the horizon calibration and wave group characteristics analysis. And then I carry on the whole region of the stratigraphic correlation tracking. In the process of 3D seismic data interpretation, the coherent body technique is used to determine the macroscopic features of the fault, and the Express Landmark velocity model of DepthTeam is used to integrate various geological and seismic data. In the control of seismic interpretation horizon, the time depth relationship of the 26 wells is interpolated, and the 3D velocity model is established. The depth value of each interface is obtained by using the depth of the conversion of variable speed. Through the fine interpretation of 3D seismic data, it has been carried out the Jiazhangsi fault(F1)in the eastern part of the Huangjindai oil field, the Erjiegou boundary fault (F2), and the broken groove main fault –Huangdong fault(F3).

The present study involves the removal of Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) from food processing industrial effluents with a laboratory scale model of Fluidized Bed Bioreactor (FBBR) using three different bed materials viz., MBBR Plastic media, Pumice stones and high density Foam material. The effluent from Ice making industry is taken as stock solution for conducting the study. The experiment is conducted for over 2 to 3 weeks at daily intervals, till the reactor gets stabilized and a maximum and uniform rate of percent removal of BOD and COD is obtained. The experimental data is analyzed and the results are presented in suitable formats. From the Bio-kinetic study involving reaction rate kinetics and microbial growth kinetics, it is observed that, the bio-kinetic reactions taking place in the reactor conform to First order rate of reactions and the Foam pieces proved to be a good alternative material when compared with that of the Commercially available MBBR plastic media and Pumice stones.
