Sentimental analysis refers to study of analyzing the online reviews in a scientific and structured way. In this work, the proposed is based on SentiWordNet, which produces count of score words into seven categories such as strong-positive, positive, weak-positive, neutral, weak-negative, negative and strong-negative words for the sentimental analysis task and assess performance of various machine learning algorithms like K-Nearest Neighbour(IBK), AdaBoost, Naïve Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM)/SMO algorithms.Online data is collected using web crawler applied with different pre-processing techniques like stop-words removal followed by stemming process, and then reviews are tagged using POS tagger. The proposed approach is experimented on different mobile product web domains and obtained higher success rate in terms of accuracy measured. The experimental results are tested using Ten-Fold cross validation on the training data. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach has higher efficacy and it can be successfully used in Sentimental analysis for the task of online decision.

With unprecedented and unstoppable change and explosion happening to the global economy. The growth and developmental phenomenon and competition are the goals of becoming a strong and sustainable power. Since the time of human evolution on earth division of lab our and production activity were a stimulus to growth of the economy. So development, in present context has multi-facet dimension. Development constitutes growth plus change that takes into consideration many keys factors like poverty, unemployment, standard of life, environment concern, productivity and marketable surplus etc. In economics we study scarcity of resources how to maximized utility how to maximized profit and how to minimized cost, and how to fight stability of price and to stop the fluctuation in Business Cycle etc. In Today's world Government have become a rudder to do welfare activity for the masses and becomes the foundation pillar of growth and development.............

TEM image is rapidly gaining prominence in various fields. Since high resolution TEM image captures huge amount of information, it is important to understand image segmentation techniques on it. Image denoising on such images is very important image processing step. This paper proposes a new variation of median filter which is giving an apt result in comparison to basic median filter mainly on the parameters of signal to noise ratio(SNR) and peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR).

Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) is the main contender for the advancement of more affordable, monetarily suitable photovoltaic (PV) devices among thin-film solar cells. CdTe is the first Photovoltaic technology at a low cost. It has a band gap of 1.45 eV and has high optical absorption coefficient and chemical stability. Because of these properties CdTe is the most appropriate material for design of solar cells. This paper deals with structure parameters of the CdTe solar cell affirmed by basic theories, trials, reports and experiments. The impact of composition on the short circuit current, fill factor, open circuit voltage and the conversion efficiency are talked about in this paper. The simulated devices are analyzed and compared using CdS, CdZnS and ZnO: Al. The designed and simulated model use different n-type layers and results were analyzed. The structure using CdZnS provides 3.34% better efficiency than using CdS. The structure using CdS provides 1.48% better efficiency than using ZnO: Al as n-type layer..............

Music signals are processed like speech signals in computers. Music also carries information about the emotions with which it is sung by the singer. To recognize the emotions in the piece of music be it accompanied with instruments or not is tried here. The Cochleogram Model is selected as the features of the music signals, through the robust Gammatone Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(GFCC). These coefficient are calculated using the ERB filters and the emotions in the music are recognized successfully. The optimizations technique followed here is the FFBPNN. The result is satisfactory tough provoking to new challenges.

Now a days growth of population are increasing very highly as that comparing numbers of car owner are also increasing. In our country many cities had developed and some of them will smart cities. In smart cities we require smart technology. As like smart parking system which gives information about parking slot availability on your android mobile phone. Because people waste most of time for chasing free parking space.so people face to traffic problem, sound and air pollution and for searching parking slot they waste fuel. So proposed system gives the solution on that problem. It gives real time information about free parking space on your android mobile before arrival your destination. From that system we can avoid traffic congestion, pollution, waste of time and fuel.

SS316L is considered for the study as it is used as a best substitute for titanium alloys which are used for trauma and orthopedic medical implants. Objective of the project is to investigate and optimize the process parameters when drilling at high speed for machining a micro hole on SS316L using tungsten carbide micro drill. There are two machining parameters of this experiment which are spindle speed, and feed rate to be varied to investigate the optimum condition for response parameters like Temperature, thrust force, machining time and MRR. To overcome the difficulty of wandering motion of tool, increased machining time, or sudden failure of drill tool Peck drilling Cycle has to be used for drilling holes. SEM analysis is carried out to compare the surface roughness and burr formation in holes and VMS (Video Measuring System) is used for carrying out the roundness measurement. Additionally, the GRA (Gray relational analysis) has been applied to determine the most significant factors to influence the response.

Different schemes or algorithms that are implemented at the network layer or at the physical layer of TCP/IP to endorse energy saving so that the network of any system remains sustainable for long time. The techniques discussed in the paper uses the history based contention window control over packet routing in the network layer. The main idea behind this scheme is to control the time of every node which delivers the packet but if in case the proximity node or network does not accept the incoming packets because it is busy, then the transmitter node has to either wait or it tries randomly to deliver the same. This causes the whole system to use more of its energy and this is the main reason that conventionally many other protocols are not good for the system. But our system and our history based contention window control scheme has proved to be worthy as it is good in terms of the time allocation providing the system either to wait or to access other node for the transmission of the system. The energy being consumed has reduced considerably and the efficiency and throughput has increased because of reduced energy consumption.

The present article examines the influence of variable liquid properties on flow and heat transfer over a permeable stretching sheet with variable thickness. The transformed system of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations is solved analytically via optimal homotopy analysis method (OHAM). Numerical results are analyzed graphically. Wall thickness parameter exhibits dual nature for flow and heat transfer patterns when it takes the value greater than 1 or less than. The skin friction and the wall temperature gradient are examined for influential parameters in this consideration.

A modified active and reactive (PQ) basedcontrol theory used by a solar photovoltaic-array which is an integrated power quality conditioner is proposed in this paper. Clean energygeneration is incorporated by this system and powerqualityimprovement is also provided these characteristics of unified power quality conditioner increases the efficiency of the system. Underdistorted point of common coupling voltage conditions, this modification provides a great advantage. The basic regularity of voltages components having positive sequence is extracted from common coupling using delay signal cancellation technique. The delay signal cancellation technique is a generalized cascaded technique and this cancellation technique is used in pq-theory to assess the signals of UPQC-S. PV array is combined with dc bus of unified power quality conditioner it provide part of the active load power and hence the demand for supply system is reduced. The enactment of PV-UPQC-Sis verified by doing the simulation of the system using MATLAB-Simulink. The verification is done by combing linear and nonlinear loads.
