WiFi fingerprint localization is widely used in indoor location. To solve the problem of signal fluctuation and the difference between signal space and physical space. This paper proposes a reduced localization area algorithm. Localization region is first dynamically selected, and then the location estimation is achieved by the soft range limited K-nearest neighbours (SRL-KNNs) algorithm. In first step, localization area is reduced by matching the ordered access points (AP) sequence to the ones in the fingerprint map. The second step is accomplished by utilizing the SRL-KNNs algorithm in the selected area. Experimental results show that compared to the traditional nearest neighbour method, the computational complexity is reduced, and the reduced localization area algorithm achieves an average localization error of 0.74 m with 75% of the error within 1m.

MANET is a collection of wireless mobile nodes, which dynamically form a temporary network, without using any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is one of the decision making models that is often used. AHP is generally used with the aim to prioritize various alternatives/options available and the choices are complex or multi-criteria. In general, by using AHP, the resulting priorities will be consistent with the theory, logical, transparent, and participatory. So this method will be used as a decision maker in social entrepreneurship.

Power quality related issues in distribution network can be effectively taken care by Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR). The DVR is one of the costumed power devices which find application in mitigating voltage swell, sag, harmonic and other power quality issues. Among above mentioned PQ issues voltage sag is frequently occurring events in the distribution network due to short circuit faults and heavy load in the network. This paper presents simulation of dynamic voltage restorer connected to distribution network to mitigates voltage sag and restores of voltage stability under the condition of single and three phase fault. The DVR has many advantages like lower cost, smaller size, and its fast dynamic response to the disturbance.

Whenever the utility system undergoes any disturbance and the probability of catastrophic failure, increases there is an immidiate need for control actions to be taken to limit the extent of the disturbance on the critical customers. Properly designed islanding detection scheme is an efficient way to secure power supply for the most important customers in the distribution system during a utility outage. The ultimate goal when such scheme is implemented is maintaining the voltage and frequency during islanded operation within the standard limits. This paper presents a impedance insertion based islanding control strategy to safe gaurd the grid connected distribution system against the faulty one. The distribution system forms an island in a way to continue supplying the local load without any interruption.

Flexible pavements are widely used road network made up of locally available naturally soils. Most of the soils are failed to meet the requirements of the standard specifications. There is a need to go for alternative materials. In the present investigation bottom ash has been tried for flexible pavement material with graded crusher stone particles. Compaction and CBR tests are performed to meet the specifications as per MORTH, it is identified that crusher stone – bottom ash mixes achieved high CBR values can be used as sub-base and base course materials.

This research on the effect of contraceptives on return to fertility in Eggon women was carried out with the aim of using statistical analysis to investigate some researcher's claims that contraceptives use does not affect return to fertility. The t-test statistic was used to test the hypothesis 0 1 2 H :   (Number of women who use contraceptives is equal to number of women who return to fertility without problem). 1 1 2 H :   (Number of women who use contraceptives is not equal to number of women who return to fertility without problem). An Analyses of a sample of 340 women who used contraceptives from 10 villages in Nasarawa Eggon local
government. Minitab software result shows that, the H0 was accepted which is in conformity with previous results that contraceptive use (whether oral or otherwise, long-term or short-term) does not have effect on return to fertility.

The proposed diagnostic method is based on calculating the energy of the sound wave, which can be characterized as an integral of the squared FFT harmonic amplitude through frequency from 100 to 1500 Hz.The method involves recording the patient's respiratory sounds using an electronic device followed by numerical investigation of the specific spectral characteristics of these sounds. In this work, we propose a computerized method allowing one to improve capabilities of the fast Fourier transform (FFT) processing of respiratory sounds results of which can be applied in the diagnosis of the airways' diseases including pediatric bronchial asthma. Sound signals of 51 school children (aged 11.2±3.2) suffering from bronchial asthma and 22 healthy volunteers (aged 11.6±2.5) were acquired, using a computer-assistance system for recording respiratory sound, from three points located in mouth, above the trachea and above the right lung...........

In the previous research paper it was proved that the speed of light has dual nature to show which is c=3*10^8 for the observer observing it and ∞ for the one who is experiencing the speed of theory of relativity'. The same theory gives us the equation for length contraction which also satisfies the fact that light has dual nature to show.
