Grid connected PV system is always a matter of concern in terms of power quality (PQ). The effective way for improving PQ is implementation of proper inverter control and racking of solr output voltage-current. In the proposed work the inverter gain parameters are tuned using neural network. Inverter is designed with conventional PI controller and the gains are trained with the grid variable like voltage/current and the output of PI is set with respect to grid. The NN predicts the gain parameters of the PI controller as per the grid side parameter variation and the PQ of the grid side has been enhanced. The system has been designed in MATLAB simulation environment. The performances has been studied for static as well as non-linear loading and for the grid sag condition to obtain low losses and high recovery with low THD content.

Concrete derives its strength by the hydration of cement particles. The hydration of cement is not a momentary action but process continuing for a long time. The rate of hydration is fast to start with, but continues ever a very long time at a decreasing rate. The quantity of product of hydration and consquently the amount of get formed depends upon the extent of hydration. This paper deals with comparision of 28 days compressive strength of concrete by curing under immession, by membrane curing and steam curing. The cubes were cast and cured under three different condition of curing. The test results revealed that curing conditions significantly affect the compressive strength of concrete. The results shows that the compressive strength obtained by Immersion curing and membrane curing for 28 days of curing is approximately equal to compressive strength obtained by steam curing is 6 hours.

Tay Nguyen is one of the most well-potential windpower regions in Vietnam, wind energy utilization in this area however has been not deserved it potential due to lack of reliable assessments of wind-power. distribution of wind energy potential in the region. The article presents the results using WAsP model (Wind Atlas Analysis and Application Program) in developing the distribution map of high wind speed elevation from 60m to 100m for the Tay Nguyen under the framework of the topic: "Research to establish a scientific foundation for rational exploitation and use of energy resources in the West Nguyen (Tay Nguyen program III) ". Wind maps which have established the theoretical and technical wind potentials for the Tay Nguyen region will be used as scientific fundamental, suggesting rational and efficient solutions for exploitation of wind-power sources, contributing for locally socio-economic development.

Internet of Things (IoT) is a new era of computing technology. Machine to machine, machine to infrastructure, machine to environment, the Internet of Everything, the Internet of Intelligent Things, intelligent systems—call it what you want, but it's happening, and its potential is huge. We see the IoT as billions of smart, connected "things" that will include every aspect of our lives, and its foundation is the intelligence that embedded processing provides. The IoT is comprised of smart machines interacting and communicating with other machines, objects, environments and infrastructures. As a result, huge volumes of data are being generated, and that data is being processed into useful actions that can "command and control" things to make our lives much easier and safer and to reduce our impact on the environment. High penetration of DFIG units in a weak harmonic grid may lead to stability issues due to high frequency resonance (HFR). These HFR occurs due to frequency mismatch and phase angle deviation. This work presents control of grid connected DFIG system with the HFR damping and harmonics suppressor. In order to improve the performance of the system and reduce harmonic content of the weak grid, the HFR needs to be effectively damped. In this paper, the proposed active damping control strategy implemented effectively both in the Rotor Side Converter (RSC) and in the Grid Side Converter (GSC), through the introduction of virtual positive capacitor by reshaping the DFIG system impedance and mitigate the high frequency resonance.

A construção civil é a principal responsável pelo desenvolvimento de diversos setores do país, sendo eles industriais, urbanos e econômicos. Tornam-se uma crescente exponencial, o aumento do desenvolvimento do seguimento da construção civil e a busca por materiais que o complementam. O concreto tem sido e será um material bastante utilizado e procurado nessa área. Esse material é composto pelo aglomerante, areia, brita e água, tido, dessa maneira, como convencional. O presente trabalho terá como objetivo analisar a resistência à compressão de concretos produzidos com a substituição de total ou parcial do agregado miúdo por pó de pedra. O trabalho se constituiu mediante uma pesquisa bibliográfica em base de dados da SCIELO, BDTD e banco de dados de universidades, tendo como critério de inclusão, pesquisas publicadas entre os anos de 2016 e 2020. É concludente, nas pesquisas, a partir de resultados de resistência, a viabilidade da substituição do agregado miúdo por pó de pedra, sendo uma substituição sustentável que diminuiria o impacto ambiental gerado por esses dois materiais.

In this work, an efficient approach without additional hardware and improved accuracy is proposed Trilateration based algorithm is a distributed beacon-based localization algorithm uses distance estimation to compute the 3-D position of nodes in a network with help of Received Signal Strength. The blind node can estimate its distance from anchor node using received signal strength and the position (x, y, z) in 3-D of the node can be computed from the position information obtained from the three and four anchor nodes using trilateration. Signal propagation model is used to find out the received power i.e. received signal strength from different sensor nodes. This method uses this received signal strength. This received signal strength information is used in the trilateration method to find out the exact location of the blind nodes in the sensor field. The average localization error is coming to be 0.0119 computed with 100 anchor nodes.

In view of the energy issues coupled with the environmental problems posed by the energy production sector, renewable energies are the answer. Visando a produção da grande quantidade de rejeito, proveniente do processo de beneficiamento, é fundamental que as mineradoras procurem analisar a viabilidade técnica e econômica para disposição destes materiais de forma ambientalmente correta e segura. A destinação ultimamente mais utilizada, é a estrutura de barragem de rejeitos, mas atualmente pesquisas mostram sua aplicação em setores da construção civil, da indústria do cimento Portland, entre outros. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza básica, devido possuir como principal finalidade o uso do rejeito de minério de ferro na produção de blocos intertravados de concreto. Seeing to the increasing penetration of Photo Voltaic (PV) system into the utility grid, it is required to incorporate new standards for smooth operation of electrical grid.FRT capability incorporation into the PV system is one such grid codes connection requirements. When fault occurs generated power from PV is more than the supplied to the grid. This may increase the voltage across the DC-link capacitor. Due to over-voltage protection of DC-bus PV may get disconnected from the system. The proposed control overcomes this problem that may cause disconnection or damage to the inverter. In the proposed work PV-system is designed using dual converters.
