X Ltd. is an industry that carries out 2 years, 4 years maintenance and repair of train operating in Java Island. But currently X Ltd. has never conducted risk identification and risk management to overcome operational risks that may occur. This research will design a risk management framework for PT. X by applying Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The approach used to implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in this research is SNI ISO 31000: 2011. The risk management design process is through stages of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment, monitoring and review. In this study the method used to analyze the potential operational risks that exist in PT. X is the House of Risk model (HOR). The result of risk event identification on operational business process of PT. X obtained 22 risk events including 8 risk events in the planning process, 4 risk events on the processes of procurement, storage and distribution of spare part, 6 risk events in the production process, and 4 risk events on quality processing.............

The present work deals with the fabrication of Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) based wood plastic composite (WPC) from wood flour (WF) at different ratios by hotpress method. The wood plastic composites of 8 mm thickness were fabricated after mixing the wood flour with PF resin followed by hotpress method. The coconut shell powder is used as secondary reinforcement materials. Experimental investigation has been done to determine the relation between Brinell hardness and tensile strength of WPCs.The linear regression analysis is used to correlate the Brinell hardness and tensile strength values of different wood species WPCs. It was found from regression analysis that there is strong correlation between Brinell hardness and tensile strength values at 30-50 vol % of WPCs.

In this paper we propose the Galois filed multiplier using Binary encoding technique & One hot Encoding technique. A Galois field multiplication method enables for an arithmetical operations including addition a deduction a multiplication and a multiplier utilizing the multiplication method. The Galois field multiplication method easily realizes various field multipliers by ANDing respective items of multiplier factor in a stepwise manner rotating left values resulted from the AND operation at the previous step Exclusively ORing the respective values resulted from the rotation with respective corresponding values resulted from AND operation at the current step and operating on the highest polynomial term generated at the previous step in accordance with a generated polynomial. This approach of Galois field can be used for designing the encoder and decoder section for the security purposes using the irreducible polynomial based on the NIST standard.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is increasing at an alarming rate due to technological advancement and upgrade in consumer electronic goods. There is a continuous production of new version while the old ones are discarded. These led to the accumulation of large quantities of WEEE. Thermal arc plasma provided the needed benign technology that safely treats the waste and reclaims the metallic part. A review of thermal arc plasma treatment of WEEE is presented in this study. Products from the treatment technique are flue gas, molten metals, vitreous slag and fly-ash. The flue gas is mostly CO, CO2 and O2 obtained from pyrolysis of plastics and other organic parts of the waste. Copper is the dominant metal inthe ingot as it was the dominant metal in the electronic waste.

Korea has entered the Aged Society, which is expected to increase the social and economic activities of the elderly people. It is estimated that the walking ability of the elderly is about 70% of that of the general people. The decrease of the walking ability is expected to be a greater risk for the elderly in the fast walking situation than in the normal walking situation. In this study, we measured gait characteristics in normal walking and fast walking situations of elderly and general people and analyzed according to gait factors. The difference in the speed of normal walking and fast walking in the elderly was less than that of the general population, but the variables such as Center of Mass, Pelvic Frontal Move, and Center of Pressure corresponding to 'Balance Factors' were significantly increased. This means that it is difficult for elderly people to balance in the same situation compared to the general population, and the risk of falling can be increased. Therefore, in order to reduce the accidents that may occur during the walking in preparation for the walking activity of the elderly, which will be greatly increased in the future, it is necessary to prepare the standard of the walking related facilities based on the walking characteristics of the elderly.

Here the set of sensors used to detect the pollutant gases from solid waste. Green and pollution free environment across the globe is very much required for the health of the nature. The different kinds of pollutions are affecting the quality of the environment around us. This review paper is mainly dealing with environment monitoring of organic gases which is a very sensitive issue in the world and is directly affecting the human health and disturbs the biological balance of earth. E-nose finds application in industrial processes, environmental toxins and pollutants, space stations & space shuttle air quality, medicines body function, food processing, military environment and toxicology..............

In this paper, identifying the infirmities of Kapur [1] measure of entropy, we have studied measures of entropy, which are revised from Kapur‟s [1] measures of entropy. With the improved entropy containing better rang of validity, we also have obtained globally measures of entropy.

This paper plans to present a scientific system and we consider the numerical demonstrating of the arrangement of the non-relentless state and non-straight differential conditions specifically the Homotopy perturbation method(HPM).From the figuring, perspective examination demonstrates that a Homotopy perturbation strategy is an effective instrument to tackle non-linear differential condition and simple to approach. The arrangement acquires from this approach is great when contrasted with other standard numerical techniques.

The multilevel Inverter is used for high power utility applications. To get AC output waveforms with low harmonic content, a set of non- linear transcendental equations known as selective harmonic elimination equationsare solved. Thus lower order harmonics are eliminated and the higher order harmonics are filtered out in SHE techniques .The switching angles are optimized with new proposed optimization technique. Modulation index m, is changed over a range to get required output waveform. THD vary with modulation index values. In this paper, the THDs and output waveform of single phase full-bridge inverter using SHE scheme with varying the modulationindex isobtained.
